Courtyard sided, the apartment is extremely quiet and free from trafic noise. Outline, flooring, tiling and a lot of the furnituring are the product of a three year love project. The massive birchwood flooring gives a feeling of connectedness, its white lye and soap treatment make walking on it soft and soothing and the rooms bright. The light blue and white art nouveau tiling in the bathroom combined with the strong red mosaic shower impress a sunrise feeling on an everyday basis.

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The apartment made my stay in Vienna something very special. It is furnished with incredible taste and attention to detail - almost like a small work of art. Everything was there: fresh towels, cleaning supplies, a hair dryer, stylish dishes and even a dishwasher. You can tell that they really thought things through, and I was able to simply enjoy my stay. The location is also ideal - right by the train station and perfectly connected, so you can easily explore Vienna. A big thank you also to Luca, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and committed from the beginning. I felt completely comfortable and welcome. I would come back anytime!

Andreas is a friendly and excellent host. The apartment is well equipped. It was very clean and as shown or described in the pictures. The apartment is located near the vineyards. There are some wine taverns that can be easily reached on foot. From a nearby bus stop, you have a good connection to Vienna in the city. We felt very comfortable there and spent some nice days. Would immediately book with Andreas again for another stay.

It just doesn't get any better, it's exactly because of accommodations like this that Airbnb is attractive. The communication with Bettina and Werner in advance was very friendly and they even agreed that we could check in 45 minutes earlier to arrive in time for the wedding to which we were invited. The accommodation itself is even more beautiful than in the photos, an insanely beautiful, charming and extraordinary villa in the Weinviertel - one of the best price/performance ratios I have ever seen. I would do it again at any time, an unreserved recommendation!!

Everything was so beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail — you can really tell that the place was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. We had such a great time: grilled some delicious barbecue, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We were welcomed by Eli in a very friendly manner. As a little attention, there was also a prosecco. The apartment is even nicer than in the pictures. The high ceilings are really impressive and the bathroom and kitchen are top modern. The location is great for exploring Vienna. The bus stop is only 5 min away. At night it was very quiet. Parking was no problem on the street and free. We would come back!
