Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Klatovy District

We spent an extended weekend in the house and we enjoyed it super well. The house was a little hard to find but with directions from the hostess it worked. It may make sense that coordinates are passed on here so that you can navigate better. Arrived was nicely eaten by a fire. Very well equipped kitchen! Everything is available outside as described. Fire pits, hot tub to heat with wood (very nice!) and a new sauna. Rooms are also really nice and everything is so nice and quiet. House is the last one in the street (the gravel path). The children were able to move freely outside. An all-round successful stay. Thanks for that and gladly again :)

cozy, large cabin with many beds and a great garden. Good facilities, only a dishwasher would be very useful.

A place to stay that matches the description and price. The owner was very kind, quick to respond to questions. Nothing was a problem. We especially appreciated the possibility of pets, photons, and the surrounding area of the place.

From booking to check-out, everything was straightforward and smooth. We were all totally thrilled with the accommodation and are thinking about coming back again!

We had a very nice time at Filip's place. Our children had a lot of fun with the toys available and we adults were able to feel very comfortable, as the accommodation is very well equipped. There are some options for excursions nearby, the neighborhood is quiet and there are immediate tours. The living area of the house is very cozy. The terrace, where we spent a lot of time, is directly adjacent to the living room.

Great new apartment, tastefully and modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker for beans, which we really appreciated. Located in a beautiful and peaceful place in nature, perfect for walking and relaxing. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all our requests. We were there with 7 people for 2 nights over New Year's Eve. Everything was clean and as described. Only one board on a slatted frame was broken and it would be great if there were a few more utensils in the kitchen. For example, we were missing baking paper and oil, but we bought that ourselves. The beds were already prepared and for everyone there was a large towel for showering and a small one for hand washing in each bathroom. The roof terrace is also very nice and the included gas grill incl. gas worked perfectly. You could heat each room individually with the underfloor heating and there was also fuel for the fireplace. For waste separation, there are several bags that can be emptied near the gas station. Since there was no booking the next day, we were able to arrange a late check-out for a small surcharge. We can definitely recommend the place and if we want to do something like this again we would consider it again

We were very satisfied, the accommodation was clean, beautifully fragrant, perfectly equipped, in a quiet place, within a good driving distance for trips. Great communication, a warm welcome with a pleasant surprise snack, I loved it here.

Very cosy and very clean appartement. Nicely decorated with an eye for detail. Big balcony and a beautiful view on the garden and pond. It was very peaceful with a lot of nature around you. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

We intentionally chose the village of Hartmanice,which is very quiet for us and far from the tourist blazinka. And we got that too. The place was clean,in prizem, big enough for three people,parking was cool. We were concerned about the noise from the cars, there is a road under the barrack, it was cool. I especially praise the outdoor blinds,thanks to which we slept until the morning how to kill the warmth 😀 I recommend

A cozy clean apartment in the middle of extraordinarily beautiful nature with plenty of sports and hiking opportunities. The apartment was clean, very well designed, well equipped. The location is easily accessible by car or bus. The place is steadily available to the restaurant near Michal or dampeliška grocery store. The place is located at the intersection of hiking trails. Communication with the landlord was promptly effective. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We'd love to come again. PF

A great place to stay for hiking. The apartment is clean, the kitchen is equipped and the owner communicates immediately. I appreciated the possibility of staying with a dog. We were happy with our family.

Moni’s place was the reason why we went to Srní – deeper into the Bohemian forest than we initially planned. It gave us the opportunity to experience much more of it, we loved the area. The apartment has everything we needed, we got all the necessary information and Moni replied always very fast. She also gave us very helpful tips on what to visit and where to have some very good dinner.

The apartment is spacious and well furnished with every essential. Petra and the lady who took care of the keys were very gracious and helpful at all times. Sušice is a lively town and the whole Šumava region is well worth exploring. The place gets perhaps a bit noisy during the day, but it was always quiet at night and we always slept peacefully.

Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.
