The accommodation is located in a beautiful village, which is an ideal starting point for trips. Access to the timber is through the garden, parking is easy right across the property. We were in timber in three, great sleeping, heating in the stove, and sauna too. The only minor challenge was to heat the hot water in the shower – enough for 1-2 people, after that it takes a while to wait for the water to heat up again. The communication with Miriam was great, despite the technical issues at check-in, everything was resolved. I would recommend the stay to anyone looking for peace and quiet.

Filip sent us all the instructions in a timely manner. The place is beautiful and cozy, it looked exactly like the photos. I can only recommend, the place is great to relax. Unfortunately, the weather didn't work out, but the place is so cozy that we didn't mind spending most of our stay at home.

The place is amazing! Everything is thought of: enough cutlery, enough plates and glasses, cutting boards, dishwashing tabs, wood for the fireplace. The tranquility and the view are very relaxing. The balconies and the outdoor area are very nice. We can really only recommend the place.

the place itself is very nice and modern. There were three of us, and it was just right, but I would be sleeping on a sofa bed in 4. The mattress that is laid on the couch is thin and sleeping is very uncomfortable, the half is soft and half hard. But the bed was very comfortable. The sun doesn't shine until later on and the trees are a bit obstructed by the trees. Not far from the accommodation is a farm where you can buy beef and lamb. From the accommodation there is a nice walk to Špičácký saddle, about 3km and further to the lakes. 3min walk to the train stop, we came back from Špičák after a day of hiking. The information was that there was Netflix on the TV, but it wasn't. But it was possible to download a streaming service and watch through your profile.

We were very satisfied, the accommodation was clean, beautifully fragrant, perfectly equipped, in a quiet place, within a good driving distance for trips. Great communication, a warm welcome with a pleasant surprise snack, I loved it here.

Very cosy and very clean appartement. Nicely decorated with an eye for detail. Big balcony and a beautiful view on the garden and pond. It was very peaceful with a lot of nature around you. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

My girlfriend and I had a great time staying in Kašperské Hory. The place has its own parking space, so you didn't have to worry about having a place to park after trips. There are many nice places to visit in the area. Personally, we can recommend, for example, the Three-Western Slate and Wolf Range in Srní and Čertovo Lake and Černé jezero in Železná Ruda. Perfect for multi-day relaxation. The kitchen has basic ingredients (salt, pepper, sugar,...), so you can cook if you want. In the living room, which is connected to the kitchen, there is a TV where you can watch both regular TV channels, so you can log in to Netflix or Disney+ for example. A nice bonus for relaxing after trips in the evening. The environment clean, tidy and not dusty. If you're on vacation by car, we can definitely recommend this place. :)

Moni’s place was the reason why we went to Srní – deeper into the Bohemian forest than we initially planned. It gave us the opportunity to experience much more of it, we loved the area. The apartment has everything we needed, we got all the necessary information and Moni replied always very fast. She also gave us very helpful tips on what to visit and where to have some very good dinner.

Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.

A little paradise. :) We felt right at home. Richard is a great host, always friendly and helpful. The apartment is an absolute dream and the sauna rounds it all off. There are beautiful hiking trails in the area and also great restaurants that are within walking distance. Here you can definitely relax and unwind.

An all round excellent little apartment. Super comfy and cosy and very well equipped. Lovely views from the rear terrace. Superb instructions and comms from Milan. Parking easy. And some fantastic walking direct from the apartment. Would love to return
