Wir vermieten unsere kleine Hütte nähe Zell am See. Sehr ruhige Lage am Waldrand mit kleinem Bach und fast keinen anderen Nachbarn (nur zwei weitere Ferienhäuser in der Nähe!) Einfach eingerichtet, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen und zwei weiteren Betten auf einer Empore im Wohnzimmer. Dort haben bis zu drei Personen/Kinder Platz. Es geht eine Leiter hinauf! Fernseher+Internet. Kleine Küche und einfaches Badezimmer! Geheizt wird mit einem automatischen Pelletofen.

Chalet features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms ( 2 ensuite), fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with direct access to the terrace, garden and outdoor sauna and shower. There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fire pit on the terrace. Free Parking is possible directly in the house. There is a common area with table tennis, table football, ski room, bike storage place and a spacious lounge area

This Chalet-Apartment is close to Kitzbühel & Kirchberg. A beautiful mountain view is accompanied with a cosy atmosphere in front of the fireplace. The apartment has 2 large bed rooms and its own bathroom. Further you have 2 single beds up on the gallery. You are invited to many sportive activities. It is located on 1200m above sea level in the immediate vicinity of the ski bus (5 min to the gondola lift Pengelstein I & Ki-West). A practice slope for children is in front of the house.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Ma Bastide liegt in Bad Endorf, das auch das Tor zum Chiemgau genannt wird. Bad Endorf selbst hat einiges zu bieten und verfügt über eine 1A Verkehrsanbindung Richtung München oder Salzburg. Nur wenige Minuten von Ma Bastide entfernt ist ein wunderbares Thermalbad, das zum Entspannen einlädt. Im "Gut Immling" kommen außerdem Kunst- und Kulturliebhaber voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Simseeklinik sowie der Kurpark sind direkt in der Nähe der Unterkunft.

Des Weiteren gibt es ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180x200cm), einem Ankleideraum und einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gemütlich.

Jetzt NEU: kleiner Kühlschrank, Herd mit zwei Kochplatten und die Möglichkeit zur Zubereitung Kaffee/Tee, Mikrowelle. Bei Ankunft besteht die Möglichkeit eine Gästekarte zu erhalten für ermäßigte Eintritte von Schwimmbad, etc..
