Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Kita Ward

This Airbnb was accommodating to us as a family of 5, it had all the necessities that we needed, was close to the train station & supermarket, it’s in a nice quiet area. 10/10 I would stay here again.

the place is a nice cozy studio that I really like. simple yet decorated with little cute details like few origami cranes on the tv counter, USB plugs just next to your bedside and some kitchen condiments like salt..pepper..soy sauce and salad which is a rare sight at any b&b..the place was squeaky clean and tidy too!! The location is a plus as it is very near to tsutenkatsu tower and there are a few train stations nearby.. the owner was very kind and polite and quick to reply..all in all..an awesome place to stay!

Hana’s space was perfect for our family holiday in Osaka. It slept 5 of us comfortably and the space had a portable cot for our 1 year old which was handy! The location was perfect as it was 1-2min walk to the train station and just around the corner of Dotonbori street for eats and shopping! Highly recommend this place for a family visiting Osaka.

You take the elevator to the 5th floor, go up a small staircase to the 6th floor and you will find yourself in an apartment where you would like to move in directly. It's clean, tidy and just home. A message with welcome greetings, snacks and drinks await you. The bathroom has soap and creams. In the shower you will find shampoo and shower gel (all brand items). Our highlight was the roof terrace. It invites you to stroll and stop. Even in the rain, because it's covered. Location is awesome. 2 minutes walk to the metro, 5 minutes to Ebisuhigashi, a neighborhood you have to see and in every guidebook. The communication was quick, reliable and clear in his instructions. We would come back.

Lihua was very responsive. All our concerns and requests were accommodated. Like leaving our luggages before check-in time, umbrellas, towels etc. The unit has complete appliances, laundry and hanger racks were often used in our 8 days stay in osaka. Location was also great. The only downside is that the place is noisy you can hear the loud cars and motorcycles passing by.

The location is good. The okonomiyaki that was made for me was delicious.

Very pleasant stay, convenient and comfortable

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb . The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities – including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water – worked perfectly throughout my stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided clear check-in instructions and even gave some great local tips for food and sightseeing. I really appreciated the personal touches like bottled water, toiletries, and a small welcome snack. The location was perfect – close to public transport, restaurants, and tourist attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Overall, it was a great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and convenient place to stay!

This is a great place to stay in Osaka. It’s very close to Higashi-Yodogawa Station, and not too far from other stations including Shin-Osaka. The layout feels traditional, and there are plenty of rooms for 14. Highly recommended.

When staying with several people, the accommodation fee per person was very reasonable Moreover, I was able to enjoy the karaoke room and the stone sauna. In addition, there are two bathrooms and two toilets, and there are a total of three bedrooms on different floors, so it is recommended for mixed groups.

Great stay experience visiting Osaka after 4 years. Walking distance to the metro, and convenience stores. Quite area that you can won’t get bothered during the night and sleep. You can feel free to ask for recommendation for the restaurant nearby which is exactly what we are looking for to experience local yakitori restaurant. Lovely stay and highly recommended!

Convenient location, spacious apartment! The nearby convenience stores and food options were super handy. However, weekend nights could get a bit loud till 2-3am. Overall, great stay, would recommend for its central location.

Amazing location and overall stay!

I used it for 3 days on a business trip.They allowed me to spend comfortably.The check-in process was simple and easy to understand.The surroundings were very quiet, and although there was a railway line nearby, I was not bothered by the noise at all.Thanks to you, I had a good stay.Thank you very much.

This was a fantastic location, close to transport, close to shopping, close to all food places.

Convenience stores are right nearby and Namba is easy to access. It was nice to be able to rent a good mansion at a reasonable price. This is the place I'd like to stay again on my next trip to Osaka.

the best house we've ever stayed in, very clean, neat, fresh, the owner are very kind, even she gave me an umbrella because its rain outside, very safe, the surrounding are quiet, near to conbini, and train station, you can almost get everything near the house, definitely will comeback for the future trip! many thanks!!

Nice apartment with 2 shower and bath rooms which are useful for bigger group. Responsive and flexible host. Convenient location within 3 to 3 mins walk to 2 nearby metro stations and a few convenient stores within 2 mins walk.
