I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The lovely home was ideal place to gather for a family wedding. There were 13 of us, including 4 babes and it worked very well. Masses of space inside the house and to be able to sit outside Thoroughly recommend it as a dreamy place to stage, perfect for all generations.

The most amazing weekend in the most beautiful house! We loved every second of our weekend. So much to do including the swimming pool, games room, tennis courts and lovely walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. We can't recommend this house enough. Stunning property. Anne was so lovely and let us arrive a little earlier to put food in the fridge on a very hot day. She also extended our checkout time which gave us extra time in the lovely grounds. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you Anne. Wonderful weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at Ingleby Retreat! The property was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained — exactly as described. The surroundings were stunning and the facilities (especially the pool and kitchen) were perfect for a relaxing getaway. Amber was a wonderful host — very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the smooth check-in process. Thank you for such a lovely experience — we’d definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Lake Escape, Hoburne. The place is clean with nice decorations and attention to detail. The hosts were very helpful and resolved any issues we had quickly. This was perfect for a family of 4 with small kids. Location was on the farther side to the main complex, a bit of a walk if you have small kids, but as we traveled by car this was not a problem. In general Hoburne is ideal for kids aged 1-8. All of the entertainment is conveniently located within the main complex. Spacious softplay, excellent kids pool, and kids entertainment from morning to evening in the ball room (connected to the restaurant). Not even mentioning the numerous activities available to that region. An ideal holiday for us! Thank you for having us!

We had a great 4 nights at Lucy’s. The garden is breathtaking, the pool lovely and a short walk takes you to the historic pub (complete with Morris Dancers). Lucy was very welcoming and friendly and the house comfortable and within easy travelling distance of some of the best parts of the Cotswolds. We would love to return. Thanks Lucy!

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Thyme Cottage is a little gem of a place. The pictures really don't do it justice - it is so cute. We stayed here as we had two nights at Nocturne Festival which was just 10 minutes away so super convenient for this. In terms of the house itself its one of the nicest Airbnb i have stayed in, every little detail so well thought through. it was a super hot day when we arrived but the cottage remained cool and Alison even changed the duvet to a lighter tog for us. It was squeaky clean, lovely little touches like super nice bath robes, 100 acres amenities, a beautiful little garden to sit in which we made plenty of use of , bed was super comfortable and parking was right outside. The interior design of the house was second to none, kitchen well stocked and one of the best showers i have encountered in an Airbnb. Alison is an amazing host, gave recommendations and answered as soon as we messaged. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to all prospective new guests. 10/10.

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. Clementine Cottage is perfectly located, a short walk to Woodstock or Blenheim Palace, and close to all the delights of the Cotswolds and Oxford. The cottage has been tastefully restored and decorated, with all the facilities for a very comfortable stay. We stayed as four adults and the cottage had everything we needed, clean, well maintained and good value. Nice touches all around made it a home from home feel. We will look to stay again.

Jane and her husband what lovely, attentive and responsive hosts who made us feel welcome and at home for the weekend. The property is beautifully decorated and felt so cosy, there is ample parking, and - there's chickens! We even received some homegrown eggs as a leaving gift. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely find.. Peaceful surroundings and near to Oxford where we had a wedding Near to Blenheim palace Lots of good wild flower meadows and good running routes House cosy and spotless Great that enough toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets provided and laundry. This place was wonderful! We have stayed in many Airbnbs and this was the cleanest and had the most comfortable beds. The house was very new, clean and walking distance to Blenheim Palace. Vanessa and Dan were instantly responsive and were the best hosts we have encountered. Can’t wait to come back and cannot recommend them enough!

It was really great holidays in a beautiful and welcoming place. Amazing house, great location, easy to get to Oxford ( public bus every 15 minutes) . We enjoyed every minute there. Great host . Highly recommend.

Alex was extremely efficient with comms and the place was perfect for our needs with plenty of space, well equipped and very clean and well presented. We would definitely book again.

Middle Cottage was perfect for a long weekend away from the city. Interior was as good as Soho House and we loved the artwork and range of books to look through. We enjoyed walks nearby and The Bull pub for dinner one evening- highly recommend!

The house was very nice and peaceful, and it was clean and comfortable. It was a little tricky to find because of roadworks around the station, but it is very easy to walk to central Oxford from the house.

Absolutely beautiful stay at the lodge! The place was immaculately clean and tidy upon arrival with plenty of toiletries and towels in the bathroom. Debs is a great host, very friendly and answers quickly. Would definitely recommend 😊

We had a great stay at The Old Malt House and felt very much at home. The warm weather allowed us to take advantage of the spacious and well maintained garden. The host was very responsive and offered recommendations on the local area. The house had everything we needed and was very cosy. I appreciated the choice of finishes and furnishings which were all good quality and the little creative quirks such as the artwork. Overall a fantastic stay with the family.

We stayed at kats place for the weekend , we came across this gem when looking for a place to stay near a wedding venue we were going to! Anne’s studio was located in a lovely little quaint lane right at the end, the perfect place for a private place to stay with access to absolutely beautiful countryside literally outside the gate, Anne went above and beyond for us whilst also respecting our privacy, she was very friendly and polite upon arrival meaning we settled right in, as for money for value this is right up there a spacious spotless bungalow with everything you could need, definitely one to visit

Staying at Joes' place was a true pleasure. The house was spotless, we had a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, every thing was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if we're back in Bicester Village. Thank you for a wonderful stay !
