Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kirribilli

Cannot say enough about Domenico as a host - always responded quickly, very flexible and happy to meet our requests. Apartment was exactly as the photos showed and was very comfortable for four of us. Location was excellent - very close to Sydney CBD and train stations. Getting around was so easy. Domenico gave us a full tour of the apartment when we arrived and told us all the little bits and pieces, i.e. rubbish collection, key lock instructions - all the little things that make the stay so much easier. Beds were super comfortable. We much appreciated his list of local eateries to try during our stay. Fantastic to be able to leave our luggage there after check-out, as we were on a late flight. Domenico left us to ourselves during our stay which we appreciated but was always available if we required anything. A shame we didn't see you Domenico when we picked up our luggage so we could say a huge thank you for letting us use your lovely home. Hopefully we'll be back some day.

Incredible spot. We watched the dolphins leaping from the waves and couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back in whale season! Great setup. Highly recommended. Richard and Beck were great hosts. Really responsive and helpful. Avalon town is a great spot too. Lots of good places to eat and get coffee. minor notes: the path down to the rockpools is a little more advanced than anticipated. We turned back with our three year old. if you're napping kids in the middle of the day the blinds don't block much light coming in.

James' place was in an incredible location in Sydney. We loved the neighborhood, and easy access to the ferry terminal and all the great tourist spots in Sydney. The house had a lovely light filled, spacious layout, and was beautifully furnished. There was plenty of room for our family. We really appreciated the effort to create a clean, beautiful and relaxing holiday home. James was friendly, helpful and checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable.

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much, Charlotte!

We really enjoyed our stay, Charlotte's place is lovely, it's very spacious, the beds are big and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The house is within walking distance of a couple of ferry terminals, in addition to other public transport, it's super easy to get around.

Beautiful apartment with panoramic views of shell cove and beyond. The garden in front of the building offers a peaceful and private waters edge perspective of Sydney harbour. We were lucky to be there during vivid and could see fireworks on the harbour while sitting at the dinner table. The apartment is cosy and comfortable with a traditional charm to the architecture. Lovely stay.

The cottage was exceptional, loved the sandstone and cedar. The location was very serene, plenty of bushland and natural rock. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. Instructions on getting there were very clear. I can't recommend highly enough.

Annette was a super host. We had a couple of issues during our stay with the apartment block infrastructure which was outside of Annette’s control , but Annette sorted it out for us very quickly and efficiently. The apartment is lovely, with great amenities and a view to die for. The pool was lovely and clean and a nice area to unwind. It was extremely quiet at night and the other residents respectful. We would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone, and would stay there again

Fredericos home was wonderful! The balcony and views are amazing and the location is fab. We managed to lock our phone in the house as we were leaving and Frederico was so helpful in us getting back in!

WOW. Where do I start? Absolutley blown away with Kenny's lovely studio/ the view is crazy Spectacular/ you have to see it to believe it, with every extra amenity fully provided/highest praise for beautiful location with perfect access to everywhere on ferry bus just a few metres from front entrance and beautiful interesting walkways with more breathtaking views restaurants cafes and places to sit or picnic conveniently available/safe area and so clean. Made my stay best time imaginable. Lived like a millionaire with that view 7 days/nights. You can't get better/ Host Kenny was assuring with easy contact if needed. Absolute value for my money well spent. I highly reccomend staying there and wished I had stayed longer. Made my holiday/visit very happy indeed. Thankyou so much Kenny.

What a wonderful place and location to stay for 4 nights with our elderly parents in their mid-80s! The house was very clean, easy and safe for them to move around in, and they loved having their own bathroom. They even managed to walk to the Rocks Market, Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House! An added bonus was the Hero of Waterloo pub (built in 1843) just across the street from the property. Danny's house exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable—right on Coogee Beach, where we enjoyed morning strolls and breathtaking sunrises. With cafes, shops, and local attractions all within easy reach, it was the perfect spot for exploring and unwinding. Danny was an exceptional host, going out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. He was incredibly accommodating, always quick to respond and genuinely committed to making our experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for the ultimate beachside getaway, this is the place! We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.

The view was worth the money. Great position and location to view Vivid. The place was clean and easy to fine. Elisa was great to deal with - no hassle.

Nice little place. Centrally located, quiet, and convenient to a ton of restaurants and pubs. Easy to go downtown, easy to go to the seaside, easy access to morning running paths and a plethora of cafes.

Great location beautiful property well maintained

We had a wonderful stay in Coogee. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and well-appointed. The furniture and mattress were very comfortable, and all the amenities were clean and easy to use. Penny was a fantastic host—very helpful and lovely to meet in person. I’d definitely recommend this place to couples or families with children looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

What a pleasure it was to stay in this spacious, comfortable and well equipped home. Emily provides everything you need right down to umbrellas. The beautiful views over Whale Beach added a fabulous touch to this perfect airbnb. Emily and David were quick to respond, always helpful, and throughout my 10 day stay ensured that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Northern Beaches.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
