Private suite holiday rentals in Kirkland

Krisanne is very welcoming and also very respectful of privacy. We were able to have our grandchildren visit for fun mealtimes. The basement apartment is clean and quiet and well outfitted. The kitchen exhaust fan and toaster outlet have unusual configurations but our 8 year old granddaughter read the instructions on the wall to us and discovered the outlet under the shelf! Everything is well thought out. Electric baseboard heaters make it comfortable - even in winter. There are plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels. We enjoyed the privacy of the master bedroom - so someone could sleep in and not be awakened by activity in the kitchen or bathroom We love the proximity to our family, the lovely spacious Northacres Park and the Helene Madison public swimming pool. An added bonus was the neighbors bird feeder right out the side entrance door!

Had an amazing stay at Tina’s place. Had everything we needed and was walking distance from many bus stops. The neighborhood was very pretty. Tina was very responsive and proactive with everything. The instructions for check-in were very clear and we felt very safe living there. The place itself was very spacious and the kitchen very well-equipped!! Will be back if we are ever in Seattle. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Frank and his family are very friendly and easygoing! Feel right at home! The place is very lovely, decorated with flowers and butterfly specimen. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful, located in a rural area and close to everything, grocery store, shopping mall, library, freeway etc. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had a great 3 night stay at Kathryn and Tom’s place. The space was very comfortable for 2 adults. We enjoyed having a private entrance via the garage and access to laundry. The space was clean and well stocked with household items you may need during your stay. The location was great - safe, walkable, and easy access to downtown and other parts of Seattle. We appreciated the dedicated parking space out front. Communication was easy, clear, and quick. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Seattle!

Richard was very accommodating, communicated well, and a wonderful host overall. Beautiful surroundings and a nice, clean, quiet place to stay during our visit.

Not sure where to start. If you are here to escape the busy life then I recommend staying here. The place was very cozy and they have set up some sort of water feature in the backyard where you are able to hear if you open the window over the sink. The entire place was very cozy and it felt safe and clean. The hosts are very accommodating and very respectful. I only spoke to them in passing but both times was nice to chat for a second. I would love to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone passing through the area. As far as things to do, its a very short drive to the store as well as other shops. Close to the interstate so commuting isnt bad at all

My husband and I stayed at Jane’s place for 11 nights while we were getting our floors redone. We loved the lake view, the privacy, and how friendly Jane was. It was a relaxing stay that went way too quickly. We hope to go back!

We were visiting family who live down the street, so the location was perfect for our stay. We used the airbnb mostly to sleep and have breakfast. The unit was very nice, clean and had a well stocked little kitchen. A bonus was the comfortable bed. It exceeded our expectations and would definitely stay again!

This was an excellent stay for me. Very easy to get to off the Link and close to some really great restaurants and bars in Columbia City. Getting into downtown was a breeze as well. The room and bathroom were spotless and well kept. Absolutely would book again when I am in Seattle. Thank you!!

Hai’s place was a great temporary stay for us as we figured out our housing situation. The unit had all basic amenities (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, plenty of towels, etc) and the beds were very comfortable. I was able to work remotely with no Internet issues. Safeway (grocery store) and bus lines were within quick walking distance. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe and had easy access to nearby parks and bike trails. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location close to the beach and parks was amazing. The kitchen and the bathroom were well equipped. Would consider coming back for sure.

We had a great stay at James and Jory's place in Wallingford. The apartment is modern, cozy, comfortable and clean. We loved staying in Wallingford - it's such a great neighborhood with great restaurants, breweries, and a fantastic ice cream shop down the road called Many Bennies. Gasworks park is awesome and within walking distance. Seattle is beautiful when the sun is shining 🌞. Parking was plentiful outside and it's a great apartment to easily get in and out of of. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Had such a lovely stay here with my boyfriend and 11 month old. Jill, the cohost, was very sweet in making sure we had everything needed to feel at home. The studio is stocked thoroughly and thoughtfully. The amenities were quality and we were lucky to enjoy the beautiful weather through the large windows. Being from Arizona, we were not aware of the sun setting so late in the evening but with the automatic blackout curtains we had no trouble putting the baby to bed. Overall was a joy to stay here.

Michael is a friendly, helpful, proactive host. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay here -especially use of the hot tub. Perfect spot for a quiet, private getaway. The only downside for me was the ceilings are a bit low especially above the bed, so if you’re over 6’ tall you may have to crouch a bit. Even so we enjoyed our stay overall and would happily come again.

I needed an affordable place to stay for one night outside of Seattle and this was perfect! It was quiet, clean and spacious. Laura was a great and responsive host. I appreciated the privacy of it and the beautiful neighborhood. I definitely plan on coming back next time I need a place to stay!

Love this place! Very clean, neat, safe and comfortable. Hosts are super. Very responsive and helpful. I forgot my phone charger and they borrowed me one. I need to leave my backpack there for a few more hours and they helped me with it. The top Airbnb I had ever been to. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Super close to great places to eat and things to see, plus really close to Northgate station so getting downtown Seattle was easy. They provide a lot of information for you and have a gret set up, including laundry. Definitely now my go to for Seattle trips!
