Cottage with lovely terrace

I rent out my lovely summer house in Nyrup. The summerhouse is located on an enclosed plot of land with a private garden and lovely terrace where there is the possibility of sunbathing, cosiness and barbecue. The house itself has 2 rooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with two beds. Brand new and good beds. In addition, there is a kitchen with great opportunities for cooking and a living room with a dining table and sofa corner. I also have a wood-burning stove that can be used as needed. The cottage is located about 10 minutes walk from the beach where there is a bathing bridge.

Perfect location and large balcony

5 minute walk to train and metro, just around the corner from the Meat packing district, view of Sønder Boulevard where the Copenhageners hang out. There are a plethora of great restaurants, cafes, and bars just around the corner. Two-bedroom Copenhagen apartment, cozy furnished with plenty of plants. There is a bedroom with a double bed and exit to the balcony. Dining room as well as kitchen. The apartment is on the fourth floor, so there is plenty of light and the balcony has sun all afternoon.

We welcome you into our family summerhouse located on "Sandet" ("The Sand") right in between Tisvildeleje and Liseleje with both beach towns approx. a 10 minute drive away. The house is a few hundred meters from Denmark's largest lake, Arresø, where you can fish, go kayaking or watch a large variety of birds. Close by is also the forest, Tisvilde Hegn, with mountain bike trails and castle ruins. If you are looking for some peaceful family time this is the place to be.
