The 2.5-room attic apartment on the 1st floor (60 sqm) is located between Reutlingen, the university town of Tübingen and the outlet city of Metzingen. It is the starting point for hikes and bike tours (e.g. Swabian Alb and Neckar Valley) and for shopping enthusiasts, the city of Metzingen offers a very special shopping experience with Germany's largest outlet (information material in the apartment). There are two bakeries in the village. Supermarket, butcher, pharmacy are in the neighboring town of Rommelsbach, about 2 km away.

Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozily furnished 1-room apartment with 36 square meters, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. Since the basement rooms of the apartments and the heating are behind the apartment, the hallway cannot and must not be locked.
