Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Upon arrival, bed linens and hand and shower towels are available. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The covered terrace and garden invite you to linger.

Feel at home in my cozy apartment! The 45 m² apartment is modernly decorated and fully equipped. The newly renovated apartment is located next to a riding stable near Weißenstadt, a lovely small town and only 5 minutes by car from the lake. It is very easy to reach and you can park in front of the house for free. Perfect starting point for activities (hiking, biking, skiing) in nature, spa visits, shopping, trips to the Czech Republic and more.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Less than 2 minutes' drive the highway and 5 minutes on foot to the town. There it is, your apartment! It's in the lower part of the house facing the garden with plenty of space to relax. Since our son has moved out, we have renovated and lovingly furnished the apartment. You are welcome to use the garden and barbecue, as well as the outdoor dining table. As I am a qualified hotel manager, it is a pleasure to host guests.
