Timber Barons wanted to live close to the waterfront for convenience when shipping their products. Nearby Ludington Park, on the water’s edge of Little Bay de Noc was home to the original shipping port. A 3rd-floor servant’s quarters and doors with curly maple on one side and quarter-sawn oak on the other are a few features of this home.

You’ll love my place because of the quiet woods, fire-pit for quiet campfires where you may hear owls, coyotes, and many varieties of birds, and the coziness of a U.P. cabin. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Nothing fancy but functional and cozy!
