House holiday rentals in Kingston

We had a great long weekend stayad three couples and two toddlers. There was plenty of room for each of us and the multiple bathroom en-suite made sure everyone had their own space. The kitchen is the perfect size for a large group and we made dinners each night to feed the crew with ease. The property was quiet and private, the pool was a great bonus despite the weather. Looking forward to a future visit!

My family was in town for our sister's wedding and wanted a nice space to spend a few days together and send her off, and this was just the perfect one! The house and setting are beautiful, exactly like the pictures. A lot of thought and care had been put into the design and setup, and much effort dedicated to maintain it (we easily saw two teams dropping by for landscaping and pool cleaning). The space is expansive and full of light with great view into nature. The living areas are functional and provided with everything you need to feel at home. The outdoor enclosed area (with hot tub) and the pool are both terrific. The weather was not great when we were there (a shame that we didn't use the pool or the Sandbanks pass - great touch to include though) but we were able to make the most of it as there were lots within quick driving distance (wineries, town of Picton) Beforehand a lot of information and communications were sent and we felt at ease and supported throughout. Thank you!

Such a great place! We had an absolutely fantastic weekend at this charming country home! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and welcomed. The house was beautifully decorated, had a hot tub and a pool, and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful countryside setting was perfect for our family getaway—plenty of space for the kids to run around and explore, while the adults enjoyed the serene views and fresh air. It was one of the most relaxing and most memorable weekend getaways we've ever had. The host was also incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great local tips that enhanced our experience. This country home was the ideal retreat to unwind, reconnect, and create lasting family memories. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming escape from the city. We can’t wait to come back!

Our six weeks stay at Heathers place was amazing. She is one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was supurb, well heated and cozy for our winter stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped. The two bedrooms we used were a little small but more than adequate for our needs and the yard spacious. We had the absolute best trip, and Erica’s place played a huge part in that. The property was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spotless, and so comfortable. Erica was incredibly responsive and organized from the very start, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed every moment in the space and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 was comfortable and location was great for our plans. Neighborhood was friendly, quiet and felt at home.

This was the perfect location for us in PEC. It was central to the wineries, breweries, walking trails and parks we fit into our visit. Bonnie was a greag host who provided a lot of detail in advance of our check-in.

Emily was amazing with communication. She got back to us quickly about our interest in the house for a weekend, and she made sure that we had all required information for access and use of the house. The house was clean and well stocked with needed items. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

The Blue House was a wonderful entire home that was private and right close to a cute coffee shop. It was a short drive to town that could be walked. The house was spotless and would be a fun place to share with another couple. As a host as well, I highly recommend!

Walter's place was clean, comfortable and served us eight people wonderfully. Walter was very responsive when contacted before and during our stay. I would stay again if I return to Kingston.

we had a great stay at Sherry's! The farm animals were great to hear...and new lambs! The house was easy to find. Sherry recommended a local grocery to us, it was awesome. we were there 3 times. Sherry had a fence enclosure put up for our days, that was greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay again.

My partner and I had a great stay 😊 Beautiful home for those who are interested in stargazing and reconnecting with nature. The place was very home-y and clean! There was a guidebook by the table as soon as you enter to read through (same information as on Airbnb). The patio is nice and the stargazing spot is perfect. Kitchen is very clean and accessible. Big plus with the bathroom mirror with the lighting and heat :) Windows by the living room didn’t have curtains but! It’s very private otherwise. Neighbours are fairly far away. So no one can really see through the side windows unless they’re directly there.

Overall it was great experience. Nice to stay!

This was a great place to stay for a family who wants to have a great time. It was very accommodating and a spacious place to stay. As soon as we walked in we saw how clean and nice it was kept. Finally it had everything we needed for our everyday needs, including kitchen utensils, soap and towels.

A friend and I rent both units of this incredible property twice a year for an art retreat. We’ve been doing this now for a couple of years and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Everything about the Red Brick Suites exceeds expectations. Not a single detail is missed or overlooked in providing the luxurious and peaceful accommodations that we now think of as ‘home’. While others might use the Red Brick Suites as a jumping off point for exploring Prince Edward County, our cars sit in the driveway for four days and we walk the two short blocks to Napanee’s flourishing downtown where we enjoy restaurants like Elena’s Cafe or the Loaf and Ale, and interesting, different shopping experiences such as La Senda, Starlet and Simply Elegant. Both of us have been to a number of Airbnb locations. The Red Brick Suites is our hands down favourite for the place, the responsive and friendly hosts, and the neighbourhood.

Iryna is proactive, responsive, lovely to work with and cares about guest experience. Her place was well stocked, user-friendly and exactly what we were looking for. Conveniently located, easy to find, quiet neighbourhood … it was an ideal AirBnb experience. She’s a super host for a reason. Highly recommend!

My family of 4 (including 2 young kids) had an amazing stay at Trevor’s Sunshine Cottage. Everything was clean and the cottage matched the AirBnb description perfectly. The backyard is really cool and young kids enjoyed exploring around and relaxing on the old wooden swing. The location is perfect, as it’s close to the Olympic Harbour and only a short walk to Queen’s. Also very close to an amazing little bakery (Wheat Kings Artisan) behind the Portsmouth Pub, where we enjoyed delicious fresh out of the oven scones. Overall the Sunshine Cottage is a great place to stay, and we highly recommend. We visit Kingston often, so plan to stay at Trevor’s place again soon.

James was a great host! Really friendly and helpful. The place was super clean and felt like home the way it’s decorated 😊 we really enjoyed our stay. James also went out of his way to help us with the kayaks and kept an eye out for us to make sure we’re safe. Overall amazing stay! Highly recommend!

House was very clean and in good condition. We had everything we needed. The host was always responsive. Neighborhood was interesting and I would not recommend walking around, but going in and out by vehicle was good.
