The Phoenix

Take it easy at this cosy and tranquil getaway. Phoenix Cottage is made for comfort and relaxation, so to enjoy the better things in life: a cup of tea in the morning sun, a glass of wine in front of the wood heater in the evening, or a nice relaxing bath in the afternoon. Unfortunately the grape vines in the photos have died due to the wet weather. Other vines have been planted, but it will take a while to get the covering the grapevine had. Update on the grapevines: They have recovered !

Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm, Mansfield

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. It is for guests who enjoy outdoor adventures! Note unfenced dams.
