The view from the window was very beautiful.The sunrise from the window and the lights of the city at night were healing every day. We stayed without a car, but the bus stop is available at two locations (the nearest mountain side, the sea side about 15 minutes away).There is no kitchen, but you can buy delicious and affordable food such as bread and lunch boxes and soups at Black Fig near the bus stop on the sea side. Down the hill is the beach.Perfect location for those who like to walk.If you have a lot of large luggage, we recommend traveling by car, including uber.

Accommodation was perfect and the host Tricia went above and beyond for my family through an extremely difficult time.

We really enjoyed staying @ Lord's Rest (especially enjoyed the quality massage chair) The apartment was tastefully decorated & everything we needed was provided. Paul gave us some good tips re: lookouts etc. Highly recommended!

Olivia’s Airbnb was just what we needed for a quick overnighter before heading to Margate for a floating sauna! Super comfy beds! Only thing would be more parking spots needed, as only space for 1 car so any others have to park on street. Thanks heaps Olivia :-)

I was staying here for work. It was a nice space and had everything I needed. Close to all the Kingston amenities, restaurants and the beach. Clean, comfortable and tidy.

Vicki and Gary take absolutely amazing care of their place. It was very clean and cosy with plentiful amenities like a wide range of coffees and teas. The location has all you could need in walking distance and is very private and quiet, you will feel right at home. Vicki and Gary have put extreme care and thought into the studio including a booklet with a bunch of tips and intruction manuals for all the appliances in the studio which is a lifesaver and super appreciated! They are also very helpful and are always tending to the studio aswell as us as guests, they respect privacy and always ask before they clean around the studio. Everything about the studio is quality and it's rare for an airbnb to feel like the owners really stayed there themselves and made sure it's a home. Wonderful stay highly recommended, I miss staying there already!

Jo's place was perfect for our 2 night stay at Adventure Bay. We were performers in the Australia Day Event at Adventure Bay and the accommodation was ideal to kick back and relax when not at the event. Jo's place felt private, relaxed and the yummy breakfast was well appreciated. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

The most stunning incredible stay. Ben’s place was just as beautiful as the photos! We loved the open space and the great read of all the economical features the place presented. It was quiet, peaceful and just what we needed. The breakfast was a lovely touch and we made the most of the extra provisions for purchase. We will definitely recommend to others and be back again ourselves 🤩

I want to say it was awful so that it’ll be free next time I want to book it. But that’s not fair, everyone should get the opportunity to stay here. Quiet location away from the main roads, gorgeous views from the hot tub on the balcony. Simple, cosy accomodation that was exactly what I was after. Sean was super communicative prior to the stay and everything was so well explained I didn’t need him again except to let him know that regretfully, my stay was over. 10/10, thanks Sean for making such a special place available.

Felicity is an outstanding host who has gone above and beyond to make Shawn and I feel at home. Her instructions are clear, information is detailed and she is very responsible before and during the stay. The spa is a highlight! Great location with nice beaches and also amenities within a short drive. Best value for money!

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!
