Holiday rentals with a patio in King

Just what I was looking for. A peaceful stay close to nature. The train tracks right beside us was powerful. Caused me to stop and take it in. My wife said it was a reminder to stay present in the moment when a train passed. A lot of fun!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to shops, restaurants, and public transit. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nice place for easy access to old Georgetown area. Perfect spot for a single or a couple to stay.

Sam was responsive when j had a question. The place is in a nice neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The backyard pool was absolutely beautiful and made the perfect setting for a small get-together with friends for the UFC event. Everything was just as described, and our kids enjoyed every minute in the pool. We also brought a few lawn games which made it even more fun for everyone. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth — even while they were welcoming their own child into the world on the same day we checked in! That level of care and hospitality truly stood out. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Geraldine is an exceptional host and has provides so many additional comforts. The location is gorgeous and a hot tub at the end of the day can't be beat!

Good place to stay my family and I had a really good time felt like home very clean enough space for the kids to be free around Checking in and out was smooth definitely recommend specially for that price

Foad's house met our needs very well. It was clean and spacious. The communication was always quick. The layout of the rooms is a little unusual and there is no oven or dishwasher, but we were happy overall with our stay.

The house is beautiful and clean. Check in process is easy and smooth! I would definitely recommend if you are traveling with family, is a very spacious and comfortable house to stay .

Great stay. Brought the family there for a weekend of pool fun. My kids are 3 and 16 months. Minoo is a great host and very responsive. The home is meticulous but not particularly kid friendly - she was upfront and described this to me in advance. If you have a little one that likes to explore on their own - you need to keep an eye on them, lots of little decorations at arms reach for the kids. Spiral staircase can be difficult to use with kids in your arms as well. Pool was beautiful and warm however is not a walk in and the shallow end is a third of the pool. We spent most of our time in the private backyard or out for walks. Local parks and amenities close by. We had a great time and would absolutely stay at Minoos place again when visiting Newmarket. I rented this place for my parents and aunt, who were visiting, as we live nearby. The place was very clean, the entry instructions were clear, and check-out related requests were super reasonable. I really appreciated the hosts helping out on garbage collection day! The location is great, just behind a huge plaza with a Walmart, other stores and restaurants, and within a 5-minute walk to the train. The beds were comfy, the place was properly furnished, and it had a lot of toys, which my kids found and greatly appreciated! I would suggest to the hosts to have some more hand towels in the kitchen and washrooms, and some larger mugs :) My family's stay was great, and I can definitely recommend this Airbnb! Thanks Lucy!

Amirali’s place was sooo great. We travel with our kids and they always bring a friend so we needed a big enough place to stay and this place was just perfect. It was so large and beautiful and had everything we needed. I have no complaints at all about this place and would happily stay again.

Our one night stay at Sabine’s was tremendous. The home is well appointed with plenty of space and easy walking distance to the village. Located in a second floor end unit, it’s a place you immediately feel comfortable in. There is a view of the slopes from the main room picture windows and a small deck area with muskoka chairs. There’s a sizeable fridge to store your beverages to drink while soaking up the views. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, and good sized master in the loft with king bed and en suite. Sabine was very communicative and left detailed instructions. Remote check in was a breeze. There is parking available. I would definitely recommend, and would definitely come back.

Had a great stay! Very comfortable, clean and great communication from Vlad! Had a high chair available for use which was a nice touch! The only feedback we would give would be it would be nice to have more than two towels for a family especially being that there’s a pool but that was no big deal! Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment was fantastic it was so cozy and had everything you could need for your stay! David is very nice and explained everything great but didn't reply to my texts during the stay. It was hard to find the apartment. Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment it was so lovely and I would stay again!

Leo and Josie were great! They were friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! There were 6 of us and we all had more than enough space. It was a great stay, would definitely recommend! :)

Clean and tidy place. Great location in terms of transportation. Many choices of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Safe and peaceful.
