Cozy and secluded house located in the countryside among fields, forest and lake in the Swedish nature. Close to Vallåsen bike heaven and Kungsbacka ski. Newer bathroom with heating in the floor, and the house is heated with a heat pump and wood-burning stove. Super nice and well functioning house. We have rented out the house for several years and all our tenants have been super happy with the house and nature around the place. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed 180x200 cm. One with a bunk bed (2 beds 70x180) suitable for children and young people.

The Palm House at Hjelmsjöborg

Nestled in a rhododendron in the northern part of Hjelmsjöborg Park is this octagonal tower Palm House. This is a very unique building where you get a home like nothing else. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stucco fixtures, brick paintings, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a stone-laid patio with a Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house is Hjelmsjön's nice tennis courts. In the winter months, it can get a little cold, then you have to crawl up on the sofa and light a fire in the fireplace.

Through the gate from the garden there is close access to the river Lagan which is a popular location for salmon fishing. The guest house is located on the backside of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living area and sleeping places for four. A smaller patio is available at the property. Close to sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjärehalvön.

Welcome to our cottage in the quiet area of Fasalt! The cottage is located just 30 minutes from the beautiful sea in Mellbystrand. If you need to shop, there are several grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away in Örkelljunga. Pool is a few minutes walk away, and is open from mid-June until the end of August. The cost of using the electric car charger is added. SEK 2.5/kWh.
