The photos don’t do this house justice - it is even more beautiful than they suggest, if you can believe it. The house is tucked into a quiet valley with a gorgeous view, only 5 minutes drive from a number of beaches. It’s comfortably designed with lovely quirks and has everything you need. Can’t recommend enough!

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. This is where myself and my bridal team prepared for my wedding day. Such a beautiful place and stunning views which made for some amazing pictures, despite the rain. Very happy with our experience.

After our original booking at another property failed through the host not showing up Misha & Harry were wonderful at accomodating us at short notice. They made us feel incredibly welcome and were simply amazing. Their little cottage was just beautiful and spotlessly clean. It felt very comfortable with everything we needed and provided great access to all necessities. We thank them ever so much ❤️

The place is great w/ pool. Great staycation place. Do note that you’ll be sharing the building with owner who lives upstairs.

Had a wonderful stay at Remo’s place in Avalon. The views were beautiful, the bed super comfortable, and the home had stylish, modern touches. It was peaceful with a lovely garden, and perfect for our dog. Just a short drive to shops and beaches. Remo was a great host and shared helpful local tips. Highly recommend!

Rex and Georgie's is a cute and private space with a beautiful garden. We loved how close it was to the beach and the thorough guide handbook. Overall, the space was very clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and polite. A couple of minor points to note: the mini fridge is a little noisy and distracting in the night. The bed linen smelled a little mouldy; we have allergies but it was tolerable.

This is a beautiful lakehouse that balances the charm of a well-loved family home with the glamour of gorgeous architecture and beautiful lake views. You get the most wonderful sunset from the deck but I also highly recommending sitting by the lake in the early morning. If the lake is still enough, it becomes a perfect mirror of the sky and the occasional pelican will float on by. The host, Justin, was also very friendly, generous, and responsive. Highly recommend for a stay a group of friends or big family.

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

Bonny"s place was perfect for our stay with our 2 golden retrievers. We were in driving distance to the beaches, parks and dog friendly cafes and restaurants. There was an enclosed backyard for our pets to play. The flats design, and flooring was pefect for our goldens. The cosy flat was large enough, one level and the floors were easy to keep clean. Bonny spoilt us with yummy human treats and little extras like an umbrella, eatery recommendations and a relaxing area to sit with view to a beautiful garden. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, soft and cosy, we slept extremely well 😴. Bonny was contactable and responded quickly to our questions. All these things made our stay very enjoyable. Absolutely magic little spot! The flat was beautifully appointed. Inside was lovely- the renovations in the kitchen and bathroom are high quality. Beds are super comfortable with quality linen. Hosts are super friendly and were very very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in Booker Bay. Was a great little spot for a get away to catch up with friends. Provided with lots of recommendations which made it easy when deciding where to eat out. Fabulous host, thoughtful and kind.

We has such a great time at Sacha’s house. It was the perfect place to spend time with our extended family. Huge house. Lots of space. Great kitchen. Beautiful outlook. The outdoor area was fantastic too. Lots for the kids to do. Carrots were available to feed the horses. Huge orchard with abundant fruit trees and the most delicious oranges. Loved out time here. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We loved our weekend here. Perfect for our little family and lots to entertain our toddler - thanks Janet and Matt for setting up the cot!

Very neat, clean tidy, comfortable home. Lovely covered deck, garden shower, entertaining areas. Drive vehicle into secure property. Beautiful coastal well presented couples get away. The outdoor fire pit is inviting. Short walk to wharf, shops at Empire Bay. Restaurants and cafes, beaches a short drive away. Excellent hosts.
