We really enjoyed our stay at Dock Cottage. It was modern elegance mixed with warm vintage touches. It had everything we needed to make our stay really comfortable and we loved the dock, hot tub and kayaking on the lake. It was quiet and peaceful and felt far away from everything yet we were an easy walk from Miss Nelle’s coffee shop and ice cream stand where we went each morning for a coffee (opens at 7am), Muskoka Brewing Company for a beer and a few other Baysville shops. The communication and instructions were really helpful and we received prompt replies if we had a question so it felt like we were really taken care of. We will definitely be back and recommend it to friends.

Our group had a wonderful stay at the cottage! Cassidy was very communicative and the amenities were top notch - we enjoyed the lakefront view, kayak, sauna and hot tub. Fresh towels and laundry within the cottage made everything super convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Leigh’s lazy lake house was absolutely perfect for a retreat into nature. We loved jumping into the refreshing lake after our hot sessions in the sauna and hot tub! Leigh’s kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen with all absolute amenities. We loved cooking slow meals, while listening to the vinyl records and enjoying the beautiful view! We highly recommend Leigh’s Airbnb for a relaxing getaway in nature with all the amazing benefits of spa like experience!

Loved the location, was a great place for a girls trip away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The bay gets a bit rougher than we expected so we sadly did not get to venture out on the kayaks. The fire pit and hot tub were perfect for evenings relaxing and hanging out. It was very buggy with lots of mosquitos even with the breeze so would recommend bringing repellant options.

We loved our stay at the Hidden Haven cabin 💗 Kate was so quick to respond to any questions and had provided an extensive and detailed welcome package which was great! The hot tub was key and the overall feel was magical! We definitely recommend and will absolutely be back.

Staying here was a breath of fresh air, literally. It was wonderful to sit in the hot tub and relax with the river! The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything we could ever need. We spent our days touring the city and country side or relaxing in front of the fireplace, it was a much needed respite from our busy work lives. Normal and Laura were true to their word, everything was silent and as if we had the entire house to ourselves despite them living below. We never felt the need to deviate from our normal habits and the hosts were always happy to lend a hand if we had any issues. Laura was even amazingly kind and gave me the one teaspoon of instant yeast I forgot to pack so I could make my homemade pizza. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a lovely peaceful atmosphere! It was everything that we needed and more!

Pam's place on Miller lake is a wonderful spot to unwind for a few days or a week. The kitchen is well equipped and the barbq sits right outside on deck...and a very nice fire pit in the back of the property. Miller Lake is a nice lake and you can sit on the deck , overlook the lake and relax after your daily excursions. You are situated halfway between Tobermory and Lions Head, so close to many hiking trails and attractions at less than 30 minutes drive. The space is clean and very comfortable, this was our second year staying here and I hope to come back.

I needed a quiet getaway from the construction at my home. This cottage on 100 acres was perfect. It was so peaceful and comfortable. The wood burning sauna was amazing and Adam provided kindling and firewood. I saw deer most mornings. The property is close to Burks Falls with everything you need to get settled in for the week.

I had a great stay at Vanessa's cottage! She was very communicative throughout the process, which made everything easy and stress-free. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and wonderfully private. I especially loved the access to the water, with kayaks and a float available to enjoy. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Lovely spot on the water to spend a few days near my hometown, visiting with family and friends. Enjoyed a BEAUTIFUL sunset the first night of our stay that set the mood for a relaxing and quiet few days. Super cozy bed up in the loft, kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed our coffee on the back deck overlooking the lake every morning.

We had a truly wonderful stay here , everything was perfect (well, except maybe the mosquitoes, but that’s just the season). We absolutely loved the peaceful vibe of this place. It was my son’s birthday weekend, and we had such a lovely family time here. The cabin had everything we needed. We watched the beautiful sunset by the lake, played board games, roasted marshmallows by the campfire, and went canoeing together. Every moment was special and memorable. We really love this place and would definitely love to come back again. It’s the perfect spot for creating lasting family memories.

We had a wonderful stay at this warm, cozy, and adorable cottage! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal — just a short drive to the national park, the glass-bottom boat tours to see the shipwrecks, and to Flowerpot Island. The host and management team were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their communication was fast, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Fantastic cottage and place to stay. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The location was peaceful, with a great sunset view and incredibly quiet! Christa was very responsive, friendly, and helpful, but also just let us have our space to enjoy. We were so thankful for the time we had there.

Absolutely beautiful place and so well equipped. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and it’s not an exaggeration to say this is the best equipped one I’ve ever been to. Anything and everything you could think of. It’s also a great space, such incredible views and we loved the hot tub and the kayaks. Christina was an excellent host, brilliant communication and also some lovely welcome treats for our four year old, very cute. We loved our stay. The only thing I would say is if you travel as a party of four adults or older children, beware the light in the summer. The awesome floor to ceiling glass in much of the living room means it was very light very ealry when we visited in June. It didn’t matter as we bought our little one in with us, but something to bear in mind if you aren’t a party who can do that.

We love this place so much. It has the most beautiful views from the living and dining rooms. Getting to make use of the gazebo and dock each day really made our stay special, and the kids loved all the wildlife they could find out on the lawn. The house is huge, with plenty of space for our family, and it is so well maintained and clean. It's by far been our best airbnb experience!

Dan was a great host and the place was exactly what was mentioned. The lake view from the cottage was very good. The hot tub and sauna makes this location perfect spot to spend some time away from city hassle. I would definitely visit this place again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Beaver Point Cottages! The place is cute, quiet, and in a perfect location right on the water. The hosts were incredibly helpful—we ran out of propane for the BBQ and had a new tank delivered within minutes. Couldn’t ask for better service. 10/10 recommend and would definitely come back! What a perfect location for our family getaway! The place was great to accommodate all of us. The amenities were great. We made the best of the fire pit and BBQ. To add it was nice and close to BLUE MOUNTAIN

Loved our stay at River Vista! The attention to detail was what makes this cottage luxury: from beautiful live plants, to plenty of convenient storage, comfy beds and a giant couch perfect for enjoying the forest view, playing board games or snuggling with a book. Loved walking to the falls, as well as just watching the river flow. The private mini hike was a cool surprise too. Last but not least, Natasha and Matt are responsive and helpful - thank you! We can’t wait to return in the summer so we can float, paddle board and canoe 🛶.
