This was a perfect stay for us, four friends spending a week birdwatching around lake Kerkini. Ilias was very friendly and helpful, he even helped out with finding a tailor to get the zipper of a jacket fixed. The apartment was all clean, beds were nice and kitchen had what we needed. Recommended!

Great place—exactly as described. Was a good base for exploring other parts of Thessaloniki. I really liked the local vibe and feeling like I was living there rather that just visiting.

It’s beautifully renovated with a modern design, very clean, and located in a quiet building which offered a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Thessaloniki. We especially loved the bathroom and its lighting, a real highlight. Also, Christos was incredibly kind and responded to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

Great stay at Ioannis’s place — very clean and well kept. Perfect for a stop on the way to Athens. Quiet area with greenery, private parking on the owner’s property, and a coffee machine. We slept very well. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location in the old town on the heights. Well-equipped terrace. Bus 24 next to the school to go into town, and then discover this beautiful city. This apartment is a quiet gem, with a parking space.

Great apartment, very spacious and clean. It is located in a nice area, lot of good restaurants and bars nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment was wonderful. We even had a washing machine so we could have fresh clothes for our entire trip. Communication with Host was super fast and reliable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the building itself (not the apartment) looked like an abandoned building (especially inside). When we arrived at night, it was a bit creepy. The apartment itself was very nice tho!

Thessaloniki is an amazing city. Among its many assets in the waterfront where everyone is having fun in the evening. This appt is literally 2 mins on foot from all that, but also close enough to the city centre with its magnificent churches and museums. Perfect place, equipped to a ver high standard, for your city break.

Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

The host was proactive, with clear instructions for check-in and stay, while being cheerful, open to questions, and helpful. As far as the home was concerned it was tidy and fully equipped with all the facilities. Finally, the hot tub offered another touch of luxury and relaxation.

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.

It’s the second time me and my husband are staying there and every time is better than the previous!!! The place is really worth the money, it’s clean, spacious with wine, snacks and coffee. The balcony is a bonus.

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us.
