This place is truly special. The previous reviews don’t do it justice. It’s in the most beautiful location literally right on a pristine, secluded beach. It’s surrounded by nature - trees, flowers, chirping birds. The stars and the moon at night. You can bear the waves crashing from the living room. I didn’t see any neighbors the whole time. It is seriously paradise. The caretaker is wonderful, the host was responsive and helpful. I was able to order food on Zomato delivered in 30 minute. It was easy to get an auto rickshaw to take me into Alibaug town one day. The house itself is simple, not luxurious, but it’s clean and has everything you need.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mr. Dilip Mhatre’s Sudeep bungalow! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Every room was neat, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location of the bungalow was also perfect—central and conveniently situated with access to all the beautiful beaches within just 20 minutes. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable! What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the level of support and care provided by Mr. Mhatre. He was incredibly helpful, always going out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed, and was quick to offer recommendations and guidance on local attractions. It was a wonderful stay at Annapurna Beach House. We went there with my family and everyone appreciated the ambience, cleanliness and the attentive service from the staff. The icing on the cake was the exclusive access to Nandgaon Beach. The only suggestion would be to install a shower inside the bathroom. The rest is absolutely breathtaking, and looks exactly like the photos. We had the privilege to be the first ever guests at this beach house, and it was very well worth it. Thank you again to Ankita for the smooth communication along with the services of the staff viz. Anita and Babu, who were present at the stay for our help. We look forward to staying there again in the future as well. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy the best beach stay you can imagine in this part of Maharashtra.

Visited the place with friends. The host as well as the staff are super friendly, warm and promptly help. They made us feel at home. The entire property is beautiful and maintained quite well. Views are pretty. The food too aas freshly made and tasty. Would definitely recommend for friends and family.

A homelike, peaceful place to stay at and enjoy your visit to Mumbai. It's right at the center, and you can get around to other parts of the city with cabs or from the train station nearby.

Definitely a great place to stay as it’s a good complex and the house has a great deck. The house makes you feel at home and was definitely clean. The caretaker was very responsive too. The road you take from the place towards the beaches and restaurants is quite bad and that’s probably the only con. The network is weak so you can rely on WiFi but it’s decent for streaming but I might not rely on 30 MBPS for work if you’re having a workcation. You can carry a streaming stick or HDMI cable if you go there as the TV is standard.

It was a pleasant stay overall. The room balcony and cupboards were a bit dusty initially, but they were cleaned promptly upon request. The receptionist was very welcoming and provided clear instructions, guiding us well throughout our stay. The game zone was a highlight the view and the pictures from there were stunning, and the games were truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Caretaker Prashant deserves all the applause! We stayed for 3 nights and had homemade breakfast and dinner at very nominal prices—hot, tasty, and served right on time. The flat is well-maintained and located in a peaceful, green neighborhood, just about 15 minutes from the Jio Convention Center. A great experience overall!

The room itself is warm, spotless, and tastefully decorated—perfect for relaxing after a day in the bustling city. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the ambience gives you a sense of calm that’s rare to find in Mumbai. It’s also ideally located, with easy access to local eateries, transport, and the vibrant energy of Dadar. What stood out the most was the personal touch—whether it was offering local recommendations or checking in to make sure everything was perfect, the hosts went above and beyond.

Surely, the best bnb I have stayed at in Mumbai in my 50+ visits in the last two years. Classic Airbnb style home, with lots of love, care, good food, warm welcomes. Soraya's knowledge and taste of places in Bombay gave me so many memories in such a short period of time. Everything about this stay is homely and touching. And coupled with the view from the balcony, there is no other property that is beating this place! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I am coming back here again.

This private beach house is around 2hrs away from the Mandava Jetty. Coming from Mumbai, the drive along the breathtaking beauty of the Konkan coastline was the highlight of the travel. This beautiful home stay is ideal for families & couples looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway from the hustle of the city. The property has private beach access, the stunning sunset will melt away any worries or inhibitions one may have of the distance from Mumbai. The hosts offer a variety of Konkan cuisines which they serve with utmost grace. The rooms were clean & well kept, as exactly as shown in the photographs. The most beautiful part of the property is path that leads to the beach. The greenery, the variety of plants & the rustic landscape will leave you mesmerised. Highly recommended.

The Airbnb was very beautiful, asthetic and peaceful. It is very thoughtfully designed. The host is a very nice person. He made sure the swiming pool was clean and all amenities were available for us. He was personally available at all times and ensured top notch hospitality. He also gave local recommendations and was tech savy to guide us with sunsets and tidal information. Highly Recommended!

Pleasant and quiet location

Tamarind retreat was an absolute delight , tucked away in quiet corner of Kihim, this place is equipped with everything you would require for a quiet weekend getaway at an amazingly affordable rate. Both Manjusha and her husband were gracious hosts and made us feel at home. The whole property was very clean and nicely maintained. They have two swimming pools as well, which is quite a perk for private gatherings. Their kitchen provides yummy home cooked meals, my only qualm was they don't allow any outside food into the property or the rooms. Regardless, the stay was splendid. The property also houses their cutest pets who are difficult not to fall in love with. Will definitely plan to come back here again.

great host. obeid and faheem are very helpful, helped us throughout the stay. place looked great, reminded me of my naani's place. the room had an AC that worked perfectly, and the towels and linen were very clean. location is full of old parsi restaurants and famous milkwalahs. great experience
