Elegantes Brooklyn-Style-Loft im Herzen Hamburgs

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

We rent a cozy, small, approx. 40 square meter apartment with a view of the countryside, which you can enjoy while having breakfast from the lounge seating area on the wooden terrace from the first floor. The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. In addition to the 75 sqm large, bright, open and spacious living space, the apartment includes a large roof terrace and a balcony. The equipment and furnishings are super high quality. E.g. Senseo coffee maker, SodaStream, large fridge ... My guests can use the streaming services maxdome and amazone PRIME on the TV for free.
