Our studio is situated below our home. It is suitable for two people. We are close to the river, Kiama Golf Club and beach. We are also close to the shops and railway station. We are situated in a bushland setting and on a rare occasion there maybe a snake sunning themselves. There is a moderate to steep concrete pathway to the unit.If you have mobility problems, it probably wouldn't be suitable for you. There are sensor lights for the path. If you need to use the sofa bed, please let me know.

My husband says, "If you are holidaying at the beach - you must be able to see the water & not just a glimpse". Comfy King Coil mattresses- All bedding, towels, hand towels and bathmats provided. Privacy block out blinds, reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating NBN with free in house WI-FI. No Pets.

Located only 30 metres from the beach & near to Bombo train station. Short drive or stroll to the local restaurants, bars, aquatic centre and markets and see the beautiful sights of Kiama. No smoking on property including on balcony. Pls note- Unfortunately we are unable to offer a late check in/out.

Absolutely beautiful place. Everything you could think of has been put in here. All the bedding, towels and amenities are of the highest quality. The location is perfect for a walk to the shops, restaurants and local attractions. Highly recommend starting your day with a sunrise coffee on the balcony followed by a swim in the rock pool or breakfast at Native on the corner.

Joe has done a great job in setting up the Quarters. We found it very comfortable, immaculately clean & it had everything we could need for our week's stay. The living/kitchen space & patio face north so get good sun at this time of year & through the cooler months; it's a warm space. Being able to leave our bikes on the patio & away from the street was much appreciated. There's some good ocean front & lake side cycling on shared paths in the area & the village has some vg cafes & restaurants. We had a great stay. Thanks Joe.

We had such a beautiful and relaxing stay! The farm setting was absolutely magical — our little family made so many special memories feeding the animals and soaking in the peaceful water views. The space was spotless and thoughtfully styled, with so many welcoming touches that made us feel right at home. Sandra was a warm and generous host, and we truly left feeling recharged. We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil escape!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming location. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I especially loved waking up to the peaceful view of the boats and taking morning walks along the waterfront. The unit had everything I needed and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Can not recommend Cara and her place (Sea Dwellers Escape) highly enough. Cara was extremely easy to work with and a great hostess when we needed her. We really needed a quiet break after a stressful few months, and even though it was only 1 night for us, it did the trick; we felt recharged and refreshed by the next morning. We really enjoyed the hot spa, and although the weather was a bit too cold for the pool, it looked like it would be well used in hotter weather. Also, the fire pit and barbecue area were great. All in all, we will be back and you won't regret staying there, very cosy with a great view from the upper balcony. Darren & Carmen
