It's best to be able to rent a single-family home at this price point. It's an old house, so you can't ask for perfect cleanliness, but it's well-maintained and has a lot of different charms. 1. First of all, you can experience local alleys in Thailand. Everyone was friendly. It's a little difficult to get to, but the staff personally met you, so it's not difficult to get there once you check in. 2. The old Thai house was remodeled with that feeling. It's a pity that it's old and creaks and the surrounding road noise comes in, but the air conditioner is cool and the water is really clean. I used the shower filter, but it was white until the day I came back. And the jacuzzi is the best. You can start and end the day very refreshingly. 3. If the host is friendly and informs you of the surrounding food and sightseeing, the response is very fast.

A fantastic stopover in a nice traditional back street in the old town. The accommodation was exactly as described: a perfect hideaway from the chaotic bustling city. Alice looked after my booking and all subsequent communication and she was superb. Always replying in minutes, and forthcoming with some superb local food outlets. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and I hope to return someday!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bangkok! The location is perfect, as it everything is close by, yet the surrounding area is peaceful and local. The apartment was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. We felt very safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. A big thank you to the lovely hosts, especially Co-Host Alice, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her tips made our experience even better. She also took us on a walking tour around the very close by temple and taught us about her culture and meaning of certain things at the temple. It was also very interactive. Thank you so much again, it was perfect! We truly appreciated the chance to discover such a beautiful and authentic side of Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay and very helpful!

One of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in. My parents couldn’t stop praising this airbnb. Nestled in a quiet corner of a much busier area, we really enjoyed how peaceful the house is in comparison to the surrounding area. There is a family friendly park nearby, and it’s not too far to take public transport. However, it might be a little too busy and hot for children and the elderly to walk to the BTS. We took grab mostly! The house is perfect. Well stocked with essentials (toilet roll, towels etc) and the private pool is lovely. There are 4 bathrooms in total and everyone loved having their own space to relax after a long day sightseeing. Lena is a fantastic host!! Responsive and professional. We actually accidentally locked ourself out one morning and Lena quickly helped us out, sending us a spare key. I’d recommend anyone and their families/group of friends to stay here if they ever visit Bangkok. Thank you so much Lena for a wonderful stay in Bangkok!

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Ndee's Airbnb was fantastic! The location was convenient, being so close to the train station made getting around a breeze. The area itself is also great, and having access to the pool and gym facilities was a real bonus. The apartment was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. We were a group of four, and there was plenty of space for all of us to comfortably relax. The communication and hospitality from Ndee and their team were outstanding. They were always quick to respond and made us feel very welcome. For future guests: the air-conditioning works incredibly quickly, so don't hesitate to turn it off when you leave to conserve energy as it cools down the apartment again in no time! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this Airbnb again in the future.

If only all Airbnb hosts were as friendly and helpful as Khun Fon! She was extra helpful in explaining everything when I arrived, had someone ready to help with my luggage, responded to any questions or requests swiftly and helped me to feel at home right away. The small touches, leaving snacks for example also added to the homeliness. I enjoyed staying at your place Fon, it was larger than expected, located conveniently to 711 and local amenities, I loved the space on the roof terrace too. JJ was super helpful! I wanted to arrange flowers for my boyfriend at the airbnb before we arrived and the host was supper communicative and coordinated with me to make it happen. The BTS is also super close to the apartment and the location is super convenient. The apartment was very spacious and clean, overall really enjoyed our stay!

Michael's place was an ideal fit for us. The apartment is modern, quiet, bright, airy, and comfortable, with beautiful views and excellent amenities. The gym is adequate, and the rooftop pool area is simply awesome. The location is perfect, being close to Phrom Phong BTS station and within easy reach of major malls, upscale supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, and cafés. We particularly enjoyed dining at P Aey Somtum, Verde, Bartles, and Veggiology. Michael and his co-host made the check-in and checkout process very smooth. They were both friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We're already looking forward to our next 9-night stay in April later this year.

Good, clean accomodation, helpful staff at the building and Chatchatpol was always available for any other queries. The location is central and there are a number of good options for wining and dining in walking distance.

After traveling for a few weeks staying at hotels, we booked this stay for one night in bangkok before flying out the next day. Instantly on arrival, this place felt like home. It was easy to find and walkable to places nearby such as terminal 21 mall and train. The place was clean and well stocked with everything you need including thoughtful extra items such as drinks and ramen. The beds were comfortable and shower had hot water with good pressure. Overall great stay, and wish we stayed here our entire time in bangkok!

This accommodation was perfect to end our long asian trip. The apartment itself had amazing views and was very cozy, perfect for relaxing after each busy day. Although the sky pool was not available during our stay, this was clearly mentioned to us by the host and we were also made aware that the pool on the 7th floor was available for us to use instead, which we really appreciated. We were able to utilise the gym which was located at the pool area and was able to cool down at the pool after each activity filled day. Overall, this accommodation was great and was exactly as described one. We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

Brilliant stay - really liked the location good supermarket and restaurants in the mall. Having two gyms and two pools is a real plus. Great communication from host.

I had a great stay here with a helpful host that gave quick replies. The location is about 7 minutes walk to trains and metro and close to resturants. I could stay here again in the future and I can recommend it to other single or couple travellers.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Praravatee’s place. The apartment is not only clean and comfortable, but also ideally located near some of the most vibrant and trendy spots in Bangkok. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The owner clearly takes great care in maintaining the property to a high standard. Everything in the apartment—from the iron and complimentary bottled water to the cool air-conditioning, refreshing shower, and cozy beds and sofa—was thoughtfully provided and in excellent condition. It’s a well-equipped, well-maintained, and highly convenient place to stay. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Modern building with a unique style. Fast elevators and active security. Great view of the city. Multiple restaurants and a 7/11 less than 50 meters away.

We had a great stay at Zehra’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location—just a short walk to Thong Lo BTS station, which made getting around Bangkok super convenient, especially on those rainy, traffic-heavy days. Zehra was an excellent host—she responded quickly and went above and beyond, even helping us late in the evening when we had questions. Really appreciated her support and hospitality. Highly recommended!
