Beach house holiday rentals in Key West

We spent an amazing week in the house of Kelly and Shane. The location on the waterfront is unbeatable and the house itself is super convenient, nicely remodeled and has a very cozy feel to it. We spent days in a row fishing from the dock, prepared our catch of the day on the bbq on the terrace, and caught shrimp at night which served as bait for the next day. There are great beaches, restaurants, and all kinds of day trips at hand if you wish to leave the property ;). Kelly and Shane are great hosts, with tons of tips - they clearly love the area and put great effort in the maintenance of the house and dock. They are super quick and easy in their communication and all three of us (me, husband and our 12 year old son) look forward to staying at their property again!

This was better than I expected. A very spacious 2 bedroom with large kitchen, family room. The screened in porch was huge, and a great place to have meals and watch TV and the sunrise. The fully equipped kitchen was awesome for those like us that love to cook. It was a great home away from home. This place was so comfortable and was the best we ever rented.

Great place! Very spacious, nice dock and out door and area to enjoy with the pool! It was nice having a large deep freezer for ice and fish!

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house was as expected based on previous reviews & pictures. The location was perfect for us to access from Key Largo to Key West easily. The pool was nice & the kids had fun snorkeling off the back dock & looking for all kinds of wildlife both on land & in the water with their flashlights after dark. We found the sunsets at the house to be better than what we experienced in Key West. If you need beach chairs and/or beach umbrella, we recommend you rent those.

Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Accommodations were excellent. Weather was excellent! Warm balmy breezes most days kept humidity down. Lots to do, explored the keys from Islamorada down to Key West, caught the sunset. Spotted deer on Big Pine Key. A very fine month long vacation. Thank you Jeanene.

Just what our family needed. As a new Florida resident it’s safe to say the Keys rank up there as one of my favorite places to visit. Rhonda’s home felt like our home. We enjoyed the pool and bikes. A local restaurant The Bent Prop bar and grill was a treasured find. My husband and I met the owner who is from the same area as us in Maryland. If you’ve ever wondered what Maryland Cream of Crab soup taste like… that’s the place to get it from! Can’t wait to book us again for next year!

We had a great stay at Loretta’s place. The location offered a good jumping off point to explore the keys. The beach nearby along with canal access and kayaks was a huge plus. The garden area was nice though the mosquitos were intense. The place accommodated our group of 7 ppl well and everything was clean and well furnished. Overall, the place worked great for our group and we’d stay again!

Had a wonderful time at Salty Kisses. The area was beautiful and we were able to relax with the stunning views of the backyard. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and even outside for entertainment. Lazaro was very attentive making sure everything was good. Neighborhood was quiet. We spent a lot of time in the pool, grilling, and out on the water which was easily accessible with the dock at the front of the house. The whole family was in love with the decorations of the house which were truly beautiful and making us feel right at home. Thank you Laz and Leslie!

we were a family of 6 staying and had more then enough room. the house was perfect and had everything you needed. we enjoyed fishing off the deck and watching the manatees everyday day swimming by. the backyard was absolutely perfect to hang out and relax. Carmen is a great host and communicates fast. would absolutely stay here again.

The stay experience exceeded our expectations. The only recommendation would be to have a listing of recommended restaurants, beaches, boat rental places, etc to go see in both Marathon and key west. We visited key west and found out afterwards where we should have gone.

The house was very clean and inviting upon arrival. Nice location short drive to great restaurants and local grocery stores also less than 5min walk to the beach. Mr Eddie responded in a timely manner when we had questions. All in all we had a great time and very much enjoyed our stay! Thanks Mr Eddie

Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The house was super clean and was located right behind the pool. The house had everything you could need for a stay in the Keys, including beach towels and chairs. Our only complaint was the upstairs AC struggled to keep up, with a noticeable difference between the upstairs and downstairs. However, there were plenty of fans for us to use making this less of an inconvenience as it would have been. Overall would recommend this property for anyone who wants to stay close to Key West but far enough to have peace and quiet.

We loved our stay! It rained most of the time, but Alan’s place made up for that with a lovely pool and gorgeous views of the tropical landscape from the patio. The spaces were comfortable and very clean and the washer/dryer access was a major plus for us. The location was excellent with walkable restaurants and short drives to all of the major things to do and see. Alan was an extremely courteous and responsive host. I would highly recommend his place to others!

This place was an absolute dream! The location felt so private yet was so close to whatever we needed or wanted. The house was very clean and so welcoming. It was just the two of us for this trip but with each of the 3 bedrooms having their own full bathroom, this place could have easily accommodated more. We definitely want to come back again with friends/family. The rest of the home is cozy and has everything you need. The outdoor areas are so nice and peaceful. The landscaping, private pool/spa area, and the fire pit area make it feel like you're in your own tropical paradise. The neighborhood was quiet and the people we interacted with were very kind. Seeing the Key deer walk around the area and hearing the peacocks made this place even more magical. This was our first time in The Keys and definitely won't be our last. The worst part of this experience was having to leave. This lovely place definitely made it difficult to go back to real life. We can't wait to come back!

This unit should be a model for how all Air BnB’s should be maintained. 100% satisfied and will save it for future trips to Key West. Judy has thought of everything, we didn’t find ourselves “needing” anything. The private carport was perfect for parking motorcycles. If you’re not familiar with the area you should plan to uber to Duval St. (if you don’t have a vehicle), only a 20 min drive.

If I could rate this stay a 20, I would. We came across the listing last June, after wanting to try something different on our annual trip to Marathon. It looked perfect for our family. What I didn’t expect when we arrived on April 16, 2025, was to be blown away. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is STUNNING. I felt like we were walking in/staying at a brand new house as the very first guests. The colors, the furnishings, the level of coziness brought to this luxury beach house was unmatched. The towels (bath and beach) were plush and soft. Pool speakers. The bar! I mean everything. The kitchen was stocked with what you need - high end gadgets, utensils that actually work, and every pot and pan (organized). Immaculately cleaned. And then the views. Holy guacamole. My dad parked himself on the main floor deck and didn’t move for seven days. Airbnb was right- RARE FIND. Amanda - you are the hostiest host in the world. Your communication was 💯. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay! We loved the gorgeous property and all the lovely decor inside! Property was extremely clean and Sandy was so kind and helpful! We spent almost every evening in the hot tub! The home had everything we neded for an awesome week and was in a great central location, close to everything we wanted to do! We loved TJs Tiki Bar for dinner and a beautiful sunset! Thank you again Sandy! :)

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

Had a great week at Yunis place! Her house was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more especially for cooking which was nice. She had probably the most comfortable bed, sheets and pillows I’ve ever used. I loved how it was clutter free and didn’t have any breakable decorations down low around since we had our two toddlers with us. The pool was the perfect size for us and it was great to relax outdoors. We even saw Manatees swim up to the dock. 10/10 would recommend this spot.

What a beautiful cottage. Loved how it was decorated. We had everything that we needed. Loved the outside back patio. Peaceful and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Very clean and a plus, it had a washer and dryer. Thomas and Lindsay were so nice, communicative and very responsive. Gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. A little piece of paradise. Island Life. We will DEFINITELY be back. Highly recommend.

10 out of 10 stay. Beautiful, serene property where we often felt we had the mangrove and key to ourselves. Several days were spent on a recurring rotation of kayaking, pool, hot tub, repeat. Perfect distance from Key West for adventuring there, but plenty on Cudjoe Key and Big Pine if you don't want to venture to the hustle and bustle. Sincerely hope to return!!

The house was fantastic! Every nook was well thought out, utilized, decorated and delivered beautifully. The kitchen is well appointed, the baths were gorgeous, the deck was quiet and one of our favorite spaces. Well done, we will miss Serenity Oasis!
