Holiday rentals with a patio in Keswick, Georgina

Susan and Ken are awesome, friendly, professional hosts. They have a clean cozy, homely loft overlooking their tranquil beautiful garden perfect for longer stays. They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable even added an umbrella in the patio outside for my husband to have a smoke without getting drenched in the rain. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to shops, restaurants, and public transit. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Catherine’s place was just as expected; beautiful decor, clean, and spacious. It’s walking distance to the trail and dog park. Catherine was friendly and quickly responded to my inquiries. She also accommodated a late check out, which allowed my husband to continue working from home on the day of our check out. We highly recommend Catherine’s place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The place was spotless, the check-in process was super easy, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the harbour. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful and clean. Check in process is easy and smooth! I would definitely recommend if you are traveling with family, is a very spacious and comfortable house to stay .

Great stay. Brought the family there for a weekend of pool fun. My kids are 3 and 16 months. Minoo is a great host and very responsive. The home is meticulous but not particularly kid friendly - she was upfront and described this to me in advance. If you have a little one that likes to explore on their own - you need to keep an eye on them, lots of little decorations at arms reach for the kids. Spiral staircase can be difficult to use with kids in your arms as well. Pool was beautiful and warm however is not a walk in and the shallow end is a third of the pool. We spent most of our time in the private backyard or out for walks. Local parks and amenities close by. We had a great time and would absolutely stay at Minoos place again when visiting Newmarket. Thanks for the hospitality Minoo !!

Brigitte's place was amazing! Very beautiful property, very spacious and inviting! Very clean and she has everything labeled which is very helpful! Has everything you could think of and more. We traveled with a group of 4 grown men for a golf trip and it was more than enough space for everyone! Having 2 full bathrooms is a must and the en-suite attached to the master has a beautiful soaker tub. Very beautiful deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture and the front yard has a nicely landscaped firepit which we didn't use this time but will next time as we will definitely be back! Great place for families and it is even pet friendly! Brigitte is an amazing host, very attentive and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Nicest Air BnB I've ever personally stayed at! Solid 9/10

Had a great time staying here with 6 people including myself. Great location. It was close to everything we wanted. 4 mins to Tims. 13 mins to downtown. and 25 mins to Horseshoe Valley Resort. Beds were decent. Couches were very comfortable, and my back isn't the best. So that was a nice feature. Back deck was very nice. We had no issues with the neighbors, even though I was worried based on one of the other reviews. We only used 3 cars, and parked in a row on our side of the driveway. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. David was a wonderful host. He responded immediately with clear instructions. The place had thoughtful, generous touches to it, making one feel at home and/or like a very welcomed guest. The shower was amazing, I want it! :)

Loved our stay here!! Can't say enough positive things about our vacation here. Kitchen was fully stocked, clean bathroom and rooms, easy check in and check out and excellent cooling system as it was a hot few days. Amenities were great and welcoming for families, environment was peaceful and we also loved how the balcony backed onto trees and nature. Would 100% stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Loved our stay! Place was spotless and just as described, and check-in was smooth with clear instructions. Unfortunately the Nature Preserve was closed during our stay, and the pool was closed for maintenance, but Lina was accommodating otherwise. One thing to note is that the unit is right next to a stairwell exit, so if you have a sensitive dog like ours, they may be disturbed by some noises. Thanks again for the great stay!

My family and I had the best time at Friday Harbour accommodated my Adriana. Her place was beautiful and clean. Literally everything we needed was already thought of and stocked. The condo was walking distance to the main boardwalk area where we found lots to do. My family and I will definitely revisit this condo soon!
