Next door to the main house, it is situated in a picturesque countryside setting, near the famous Kerry Mountains and highest mountain range in Ireland The apartment has a small kitchenette for those who are too tired to venture out after a long day or who want the comforts of home food. The lodge is a very quiet and peaceful area and also has a private bath for those who want to unwind and bubble bathe!

This newly furnished guest suite is attached to our own home, about 1 km from Ballyferriter village yet only 15 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Dingle. The village contains 3 pubs, & a hotel (food served daily and regular sessions of traditional music), a shop in Ventry and a museum. The property overlooks Ceann Sibéal, the cliff top location upon which the 2017 movie 'The Last Jedi' (Star Wars) was filmed. More interestingly, at its base, the ruins of Pierce Ferriter's Castle.
