Tigín Maharees

ElisabethRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We absolutely loved our stay in this cottage! Thomas told us it is over 100 years old and has been in the family the whole time, yet the insides were completely renovated to look like a fashionably modern home with every amenity you could ask for! The kitchen was beautiful, the bunk beds were so adorable, and we were grateful for the washer and dryer! We loved walking the beach, and walking to dinner at Spillane’s. We highly recommend Thomas’ cottage to anyone looking for a quiet beachy cottage just minutes away from town!

Landsdowne Cottage Forest Garden

MeganRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Just got home from a fabulous week long stay at Lansdowne Cottage. The place is beautiful and so well located for day trips throughout the South West of Ireland. Although "off the beaten path" it was easy to find with Claire's directions, the eircode, and the proximity to Beara Camping. Located on the same road as the Uragh Stone Circle and the Gleninchaquin Park, both of which are simply magical and breathtaking sights. Claire and Ashley were very welcoming and checked in several times (they live next door and work in the gardens on the grounds). The house was lovely. We cooked a lot in the wonderful kitchen and appreciated the emphasis on compost and recycling. It was warm enough while we were there that we never used the heating, but it might have taken some practice to understand how to properly utilize the wood fuel system.

Beachfront Harbourview Child friendly family home

CateRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What makes Donal and Jessica's place so special is it's beautiful at the beginning of the spectacular Slea Head Drive and the view from its picture windows. It is well proportioned and appointed. It suits a family or group of friends travelling together. The eat-in kitchen is fabulous. As the weather was changeable the house's heating operated automatically in the evenings which was a kind touch, as was the provision of sanitary products in the bathroom. The bedrooms were generous and comfortable.

Beachfront Family House, Ballinskelligs Kerry

FionaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I had an amazing week here. The location is perfect -it's a beautiful wild part of Kerry with stunning scenery and lots of beaches. Michelle's place is located right on the beach in Ballinskelligs - you just walk across the garden and down some steps. There's a café about 10 minutes walk along the beach where I got my coffee every morning. Reenroe beach nearby is also beautiful for a longer walk. The house itself is so lovely, it's clean and comfortable with lots of beach themed decor. The kitchen is well equipped and the living area has comfy sofas and a big TV. The bed I slept in was like a big soft hug and I fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night. Definitely a holiday to remember! Thanks Michelle.

“ Island View ” a beautiful home near Inch beach

FionaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Island View was a real home from home. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, everything you could possibly want was provided. A very generous welcome pack was provided which was much appreciated. Mairead was proactive in identifying that the heating downstairs wasn't working, even before we noticed ourselves, and did everything possible to rectify the situation. The location is ideal - a short walk to the excellent Foleys Bar and a little bit farther to the most beautiful beach. Mairead's tips for walking routes and places to eat were spot on. A delightful place to stay, couldnt fault a thing, and we would highly recommend.

The Peaceful Puffin Portmagee

EricRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Peaceful Puffin was the perfect little place to stay while in and around Portmagee. The little strip of shop and restaurants is walkable and site like Kerry Cliffs and Bray Head are only a few minutes drive. The home was clean and comfortable. The washer/dryer was very nice to have after several days of adventuring around The Ring of Kerry. The internet was speedy, great for checking in on things as we rested after a day of hiking and sight seeing. Just like the pictures show there is plenty of great spaces to relax and read or watch something on the TV. Our family really enjoyed the stay and felt like this was our little home away from home while exploring Ireland.

Conor Pass Cottage

ChristopherRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A perfect cottage in a perfect area! The cottage is ideal for anybody looking for a peaceful escape but with still plenty of things to do in the local areas surrounding. We were made to feel welcome from the get go, being greeted upon arrival and given a tour around the cottage with clear instructions on how to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Already looking into our return trip!

An Oilean No.8

MatthewRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a great family holiday at Tadhg's place. The house is clean and well fitted, with absolutely anything you might need. Tadhg even made sure we had an age appropriate high chair for my baby daughter. Communication from Tadhg was spot on, quick responses and very helpful. Easy check in, we were able to check in early which is a nice bonus after a long journey. We have visited Valentia before, but later in the summer. It's just as beautiful in the spring, but some places were still closed or had restricted opening. Still, a great place to visit anytime if you don't mind the odd shower. The house is in a small quiet cul-de-sac, and if you're up early enough you might catch the odd hare on the grass out front.

Country Setting in the Middle of Dingle Town

MichelleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a fantastic stay at Brians beautiful house in Dingle – it was the perfect base for our family getaway (4 adults and 4 children). The house itself was private, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views over Dingle Harbour that made every morning feel special. It was ideally located, just a short walk or drive to top attractions like Oceanworld, the scenic Slea Head Drive, and several gorgeous Blue Flag beaches. Ceann Trá is a must with their sauna cabins. The kids especially loved the chance to feed alpacas and hold baby lambs – such unique experiences! The town was buzzing with the May festival during our stay, and the lively atmosphere and music made for memorable days. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, though booking in advance is a must during busy times. We loved how peaceful and relaxing the house was after a day of exploring. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to return for another stay – highly recommend

Comfy Home in a beautiful part of Dingle Town.

LeahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely house, spotless, comfortable and homey. Great location, just on the edge of town and only 10-15 minute walk to get into the town centre. Easy to find and right by the distillery. Right on the Slea Head road at the start of the drive out of Dingle to see the stunning coastline.

The Burrow - Ard Na Mara

EllenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a fantastic time in Dingle. The accommodation was perfectly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on the edge of the town. An easy walking distance to town (about 15 minutes) but quiet and peaceful and because of the location a fantastic view over the sea. Everything was clean and worked. Good shower, good wifi and anything else you might need. Brian was very responsive and gave us plenty of tips. What I especially liked was all the lovely art, painted by local artists and lot of books about Dingle and Kerry. Dingle is a lovely town with many nice places to eat and drink and many art/crafts shops. I would certainly recommend this accommodation.

Kerry Gem

LindaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A fantastic family home. So peaceful and quiet with amazing views yet within easy distance of plenty of places to visit. We were three generations (nine of us) and all of us had an awesome time there. There was everything you could ever need and more. The games room with a jukebox kept us all entertained especially when it was raining. There was a well equipped kitchen and lots of space to chill out. The beds were very comfortable and all the bedrooms were big. The main bedroom at the rear had a balcony overlooking the golf course and in the distance you could see the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. We all fell in love with the place and could have stayed forever. It’s definitely a place to return to. In the field next to the property were sheep and lambs. The farmer let our granddaughter bottle feed a couple of lambs. She was thrilled. Dooks Golf Club is five minutes walk down the road and they serve lovely food and you’ll get a warm welcome from the friendly staff.
