Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kent County

We had a wonderful time staying on Bostwick Lake in this beautiful home. The house was spotless and so comfortable- especially the beds. The host, Suzi, was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend!

My family stayed at Elizabeth’s home while we visited family for Christmas. From the minute Elizabeth met us at the door to let us in, we knew this Airbnb was special. Elizabeth showed us around the home and reviewed all the details. The home was better than the pictures, extremely organized and well stocked with extra amenities from toiletries in all the bathrooms to spices in the kitchen. Elizabeth had even supplied hot cocoa and decorated the home for Christmas. We felt at home from when we first stepped foot in the house. I highly recommend this home and Elizabeth. They deserve 6 stars!!

Great place to stay! Walked to coffee and pastries every morning. Good central location. Beds comfortable and linens plush. Lots of places to sit and hang out downstairs.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area. The area is nice and quiet, but just outside Grand Rapids, so it’s easy to get around from there. The house was quite cozy but had plenty of space for our little family.

Our experience at the old school house for our girls weekend was fabulous! Lance & Claire were incredibly responsive to any questions we had before going and every single detail in the house has been meticulously picked out. This house was such a joy for us to stay in and I can't say enough positive things about the "on theme" decor - we loved it!

This home was spacious enough for our family with 7 adults and 2 children. We felt at home right away. Perfect location, short trip to downtown attractions. Then return to watch the wildlife, play in the yard or walk the path right next door.

I can’t say enough good things about Mark’s place. It was so comfortable, and the location is really unrivaled for a visitor to Grand Rapids. Look, I’m a travel editor—and while the Midwest isn’t my beat (I was visiting on a personal trip)—I’ve spent time in so many places in the last two decades, and I can’t vouch for Mark. He does it well.

We loved our stay! The house is as described in the listing and was very comfortable with amazing decor. Super close to lots of great restaurants.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at Michaels! It is extremely comfortable and clean, and we slept well—it's nice to have actual beds instead of the bed-in-a-box type mattress usually found in AirBnBs! We loved having the turntable, and music available too. Best of all was the outdoor space - the grill is great, and the table area is super cozy with patio lights and a nicely-maintained yard. Michael is super communicative and incredibly nice. We'll definitely stay again!

Everything was perfectly as described! What a beautiful home away from home. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was divine, and the kitchen was chef friendly! Plenty of counter tops and a gas stove (that was a plus!) I wish I could have stayed longer. Close to grocery markets and restaurants as well as a park. Beautiful neighborhood. Very safe.

The apartment is so cute and well furnished. The area can be a little nerve wracking if you’ve never visited down town areas but we always felt safe and it was a good spot right outside of all of the thrift stores or bars. We traveled all over and just used it for sleeping but the apartment was cozy and we always found ourselves turning in early to crash on the couch. Good stay, would do again!

Great spacious stay in the heart of Grand Rapids, walkable to venue, breweries, and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and large clean bathrooms. Would stay here again!

We loved this place and wish we would've been able to stay longer. The deck with seats and hammock was a great space to be in the morning.

Two beds/two baths, a full kitchen and covered parking during a snow storm made this a perfect place for a long weekend stay. We had seen the castle for years from the freeway and wondered about it so it was a fun experiences, especially the library. And while the immediate neighborhood has not much to offer, it is less than 15 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids and just 10 minutes from Millennium park with biking/hiking trails and swimming in the summer.

This is a great neighborhood and is an easy one mile walk down Fulton to Van Andel. Close to a great bakery, pizza, wine and coffee shops. Beds were very comfortable and the historic home is divided into two rentals, where we stayed in the upper unit which had a galley kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom that were simple and very clean. We would definitely return again. We did not need to reach out to Alex at all but that just means everything was well explained and easy to navigate for arrival and departure. Thanks Alex!

The space was perfect and larger than I expected. Lots of little, thoughtful extras were nice. The place was very clean, comfortable and beautiful inside and out. I hope to stay here again in the future.

This condo was very clean with a great location. Layout was perfect for our family. spacious and a quiet area. Directions were clear and host was communicative. Loved the garage! Thanks for a great weekend stay!

A great option to stay close to Grand Rapids with plenty of space but avoid much costlier areas. We were able to Uber downtown very easily and quickly and enjoy all that GR has to offer.

Host had great communication and so helpful. Very spacious condo convenient location for nearby attractions and points of interest. Holland was only an easy 30 minutes away. Minutes from a great mall and cinema with lots of restaurants and stores. Pet friendly which was very important to us. Friendly neighbors in our complex and in the neighborhood. Highly recommend a stay here. We look forward to staying again.

In town for a mid-week family function, no hotel near our relatives’ home. This apartment/condo was a great find just a block away and a lot more room than we expected. It’s a lovely neighborhood, back off the quiet road a ways, and very clean/comfortable. The king bed and bedding were very comfortable. If we need a place again, we will be sure to stay here.
