The house is packed with colour and character having a good sized double bedroom with a superking bed that can be changed into twin beds if preferred. The open plan reception/kitchen has a double height ceiling with the bedroom as a gallery above. There is a grocery store, a bakery and a cafe within a minute's walk of the house which is in a lovely family residential area but close to all the action in Notting Hill!

This private en-suite room is on the top floor of our 4 bedrooms maisonnette, where is located in one of the safest and most sought-after parts of West London. Only a few minutes walking distance to Hammersmith subway, which offers easy access to everywhere. It has also convenient access to Heathrow Airport, which is just 20 minutes away. On our attractive tree lined Victorian street, a number of great pubs, restaurants, convenient store, dry cleaner and launderette are just across the road.

Our flat is by Regent's Canal, minutes from King's Cross, Camden Market, Coal Drops Yard, Regent's Park, and the British Museum. Trains are close with Camden Road (5 min), Camden Town (8 min) and King's Cross St. Pancras (15 min). Enjoy our pristine, modern flat to yourselves, with a double bed, full kitchen, living room, fresh towels, plus a bath and shower.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home. The room is on the first floor ( single guest with standard double 4ft6” x 6ft 3” bed) , shared bathroom. Light use of the kitchen. The washing machine used with permission. No breakfast provided. The room is at the rear and can be noisy with the station and trains from 5.30am till 12pm. The house is situated near a tube, 2 train stations and numerous buses. Please note I have a “Firm” cancellation policy and no room keys.
