The lovely home was ideal place to gather for a family wedding. There were 13 of us, including 4 babes and it worked very well. Masses of space inside the house and to be able to sit outside Thoroughly recommend it as a dreamy place to stage, perfect for all generations.

The most amazing weekend in the most beautiful house! We loved every second of our weekend. So much to do including the swimming pool, games room, tennis courts and lovely walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. We can't recommend this house enough. Stunning property. Anne was so lovely and let us arrive a little earlier to put food in the fridge on a very hot day. She also extended our checkout time which gave us extra time in the lovely grounds. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you Anne. Wonderful weekend.

You will never regret staying here. It was simply terrific. The house has everything you need and was extremely comfortable. The outside space, well it’s superb! The pool and outdoor kitchen, eating spaces are really special. Lit up at night with the hot tub… we never wanted to leave!

We spent Christmas at Salix House and we were 11 pax in the party. Charlotte is an amazing hostess and her property is absolutely fabulous! The house is very well equipped and there’s so much to do: ping pong table, football, books and bars games. We had a fantastic time there and we would love to book to go in the summer! Beautiful place to stay for a long weekend! Georgina was really lovely, a great host and very quick to respond. We wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the pool and beautiful garden!

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Ian's place was a perfect spot for our group while attending a local wedding. Very cute and charming, full of all the amenities needed, and a lovely welcome basket was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend booking Ian's place to anybody interested.

Thyme Cottage is a little gem of a place. The pictures really don't do it justice - it is so cute. We stayed here as we had two nights at Nocturne Festival which was just 10 minutes away so super convenient for this. In terms of the house itself its one of the nicest Airbnb i have stayed in, every little detail so well thought through. it was a super hot day when we arrived but the cottage remained cool and Alison even changed the duvet to a lighter tog for us. It was squeaky clean, lovely little touches like super nice bath robes, 100 acres amenities, a beautiful little garden to sit in which we made plenty of use of , bed was super comfortable and parking was right outside. The interior design of the house was second to none, kitchen well stocked and one of the best showers i have encountered in an Airbnb. Alison is an amazing host, gave recommendations and answered as soon as we messaged. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to all prospective new guests. 10/10.

Nice house in Abingdon will close to city center

Great host and experience! I was there for one month and found the AirBnb cozy but spacious for one guest. It’s a 10 minute walk away from buses that’ll bring you into the Oxford city centre, and is a 15 minute walk away from shops in Headington. Nick was a great host and responded almost immediately to any issues that I had.

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. A lovely house in a great location with plenty of public transport links and off-road parking. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Emma provided wonderfully clear instructions as to how to enter the house and where to find parking, which was really helpful. We had a lovely stay.

Anna was fantastically helpful even with my changing schedule, and the space was great, very comfortable and as described. I used the stovetop for cooking frequently, everything was good there.

Helen and Steve are the most wonderful hosts and people. The annex is homely and has the best energy. Their gardens are stunning and good for the soul. I would highly recommend this home and the hosts. Both are the best!

It was really great holidays in a beautiful and welcoming place. Amazing house, great location, easy to get to Oxford ( public bus every 15 minutes) . We enjoyed every minute there. Great host . Highly recommend.

Cozy, clean and cute! A lovely home with everything you need. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and able to do laundry. Great back yard and the view out the front is a quaint little “used to be” pub. Quiet and private. Parking is tight but doable, and there’s some parking across the street. Amy was available whenever needed. Excellent location for all we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

Great location. Easy access into all of Oxford, tourist attractions and very close to the train station. Loved the bath and decent sized bathroom. Nice to have a dining table and kitchen island to sit at and lovely little garden space. Some areas did look a little tired, but very happy with our stay.

We had a great time at Paula's place! It's so lovely and cozy, in a very quiet neighbourhood, yet just a quick walk away from the station and the city centre. She even organized a high chair for our baby, and welcomed us with everything for a wonderful breakfast. We couldn't use the garden as it was too cold, but it looked wonderful, too - the perfect place to relax after a long day out.

Elinor was a lovely host who was super responsive and clear about instructions to find the location. Elinor greeted me and showed me through the property and was so gracious in extending the check out time to make a later train!! Loved my stay and would look to book again if ever in the area!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Andre’s home. It’s comfortable and close to the city center. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood near the river.

Our family travels to Oxford fairly regularly and this was by far our favorite stay! The home itself is beautifully appointed and exudes Oxford charm. Every space is well thought out, cozy, and efficient. The garden is exquisite—elegantly landscaped and neatly kept. The roses were in full bloom when we arrived in late May and the most fragrant I have encountered! The location is equally superb. The immediate vicinity is extremely peaceful with lovely neighbors and right around the corner are some of the best pubs, restaurants, and cafes that Oxford has to offer. Immense thanks to Annick and her team for a lovely visit! We hope to return again soon.

Evie’s house is a great space to explore Oxford. Walkable everywhere with so much to do nearby. The place was exactly as described and just like the photos. Felt very comfortable, and Evie was on hand to help us if we needed!
