Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Kennington

Such a beautiful place to spend a wintery weekend away! From the gorgeous architectural design, to all the lovely luxe touches throughout, along with being super dog friendly (our doggos loved the surprise treats!) - Roch Residence rates right up there as one of our favourite Airbnb stays to date. The location is also terrific, with everything you need within walking distance. I couldn’t recommend more highly!

Big, big thanks to Demi. The house was fabulous, with everything you could need for a relaxed, comfortable stay. It is sparklingly clean, with a well equipped kitchen, cosy comfy beds and super effective heating for the very chilly nights. And we really appreciated Demi’s warm inclusion of our pooches. Without hesitation we would book again.

Johny Mattathil’s place, was exactly what we were looking for. It suited the small group of people we were extremely well. It was well presented and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to others. Ilse Bejsta

We had a lovely stay at Tori’s place. Was such a beautiful home with great kitchen, beautiful comfortable bed, beautiful wine glasses! Tori was efficient in replying with wonderful recommendations for restaurants. I, however, would suggest a coffee table in the lounge but apart from that we had a fabulous time in Bendigo -thanks Tori you are a super host! ❤️

It was good to have a nice quiet place to stay when in Bendigo for a 21st. Would like to have the house as an option to stay in again in the future when visiting family in Bendigo. Thanks for a great stay.

The house was warm, clean, and beautifully kept. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of room to relax. Emily was responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Bendigo!

We stayed one night here, but wished we had longer. The surroundings are beautiful and the cottage is delightful. Cynthia was very welcoming and even turned a light and the heating on for us as we were arriving late and it was getting cold.

Heathtopia was a wonderful place to stay. Janelle was super easy to communicate with and responded really quickly to my queries. We ran out of gas for our hot water and she came over within fifteen minutes and solved the problem which was very much appreciated. The house is immaculate and we greatly appreciated the complimentary bottle of red that went with it. Highly recommend!

Cid & Eloi had a wonderful house that was perfect for our week away, everyone loved it! Plenty of rooms with lots of space, and the entertaining space was heaps of fun; table tennis, bbq or relaxing with the firepit made for some really fun/relaxing moments. We'd definitely stay again :D

Our stay at Marks place was excellent, from easy check, home exactly as described lovely little private court yard, house was very neat and clean .Mark and Di were very friendly and helpful..we really appreciate our time spent at Marks place.. we will return.

The airbnb was a great find - it is within a historical significant building that oozes of character. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable. It could have easily hosted 3 couples. The location was close to town so it was a great place to set base camp for visiting Bendigo. We would visit again!

Nice Place, Nice and clean Lots of room

We had two families stay for a week. The home is spacious and well laid out. The outdoor entertaining area is perfect and so is the pool. Chris gave us a good run down how to work everything. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend this property for a relaxing home away from home.

We were so impressed as a family how awesome this placed would be, the kids played Pool, ping pong, took advantage of all the activities offered, it was so well thought out, being able to bring our 2 dogs was amazing, we walked them everyday and they loved exploring. We will become back for sure. Thank you.

Words truly aren’t enough to express how happy and welcomed we felt at your beautiful cottage. We had the most amazing time there, and Marina and Malcolm have honestly been the best hosts we’ve ever had through Airbnb. They were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful from start to finish. The cottage was absolutely immaculate—spotless, cozy, and perfectly prepared for our stay. The location is stunning, surrounded by peaceful nature, with breathtaking views, birds, and even kangaroos! We especially loved spending time by the fire pit and relaxing with our dogs in such a serene and magical environment. To top it all off, Marina and Malcolm went above and beyond by baking us fresh bread and leaving us a variety of delicious treats to enjoy. It was such a warm and generous gesture that made us feel truly special. If we could rate this stay 100 stars, we absolutely would. Thank you again for an unforgettable weekend—we can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay, was perfect for 3 couples. It was well equipped and warm for our winter stay.

The house was great for our 2 families with plenty of room around the big dining table and couch. Lots of bench space for cooking and plenty of strorage in the fridge and pantry. Very handy having 2 bathrooms and there is a good sized TV. We were grateful to use the high-chair and portacot, both very clean and in good condition. In winter you will definitely need to use the heaters and there is pretty much one in every room and 2 in the bathroom! I thought It might be loud being on the main road but because of the double-glazing the traffic noise wasn't intrusive. We could fit 2 cars in the driveway which is very convenient for packing and unpacking the car.

Great stay during a business trip to Bendigo. The property was spacious, clean and felt like home. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Murray‘s place met all our expectations and he was a warm and welcoming host. Access was very simple and the bed is very comfortable. The magic high-tech toilet was a pleasant surprise .

We loved our stay in Bendigo - hardly had to use the car at all. We met wonderful people, and spent quite a bit of money. A great weekend. Thank you Helen for opening your stunning town house to us.
