Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kenai Lake

This place is great. I came from out of town for an appointment in Anchorage, but wanted to stay away from the city. This place is a great deal, and a wonderful way to experience the beauty of Girdwood. Wish I could have stayed longer

What a great place to stay in Seward! It was perfect for our family of 5. It’s walkable to everything in town and the marina, filled with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and very responsive hosts. I would absolutely recommend their place and stay here again!

Amazing location close to Seward and yet in the beautiful woods. The apartment itself it great for 3-4 people to relax and have a great time away from home. Little thoughtful touches throughout the place… I would recommend to anyone looking to relax in Seward

The indoor space is really nice, open, not rundown at all. It was very peaceful and quiet. The upscale bathroom had a cool shower with a pebble floor and a window! The hot tub was semi-private on the deck, which was nice when groups of kids went by on bikes. I am not a fan of the mattress, pretty firm and maybe memory foam? But I was glad it was king-sized! Had a little snafu with the keycode, but Andrew responded and fixed it instantly. Overall, it was a great stay.

Amy's Airbnb was exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable and the location peaceful and quiet yet only 20 minutes to downtown Anchorage. I arrived late so I was so happy that she provided coffee and creamer so I could have coffee in the morning. Of all the Airbnbs that I have stayed in all over the world, Amy's home has the best view! When you look out the front windows you can see the inlet and mountains in the distance. I took a tons of great pictures! Amy was always very responsive whenever I had any questions. I highly recommend this Airbnb and wouldn't hesitate to book another stay on my next trip to Anchorage.

Anderson house was the perfect location for a wedding we attended on a rainy weekend. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. We did have some noise early in the morning with the shared washer. The Living room is as stated. Only two comfortable chairs. Plenty of seating though with metal bar stools, also a folding chair in each room. Like stated in other reviews, not a lounging room for all four people.

This place was neat, clean, easily accessible and very pleasant. Highly recommend this accommodation 😊

amazing stay! wish we could have stayed longer. it was so beautiful and peaceful! our dog loved running up and down the spiral staircase 😂 she absolutely loved the yard as well and had a ton of fun eating sticks. thank you so much for everything!

This house was a wonderful place to spend a ski vacation at Alyeska. The kitchen was very well furnished and thoughtful things like a bluetooth speaker, dual washer/dryer, and boot dryer were included. The house is also the perfect location for apres ski to enjoy the high end hot tub and barrel sauna. The ski resort is any easy 4 minute drive with plenty of parking. A fun twist on skiing, the resort does not open until 10am, so we enjoyed many relaxing mornings with several pots of coffee before heading out. The Girdwood famous Double Musky Inn restaurant(great for steaks and deserts) is an easy 10 minute walk. There is a recreation path on the mtn road, so you could even bike to the resort if you wanted to. Be sure to stock up on groceries in Anchorage before heading to Girdwood as the town is small and does not have a full sized grocery.

Fantastic Alaskan Experience! Our family of four had the BEST time staying at the Eagle’s Nest during our visit to Seward. The house is really wonderful: well-heated complete with heated floors, excellent water pressure and the water heater was cranked up to 11 (just how I like it), a luxurious bath, and lots of games, toys, puzzles, and books for all ages to stay entertained during any downtime. The location is excellent - just a few minutes drive to town and a short distance to dog sledding, delicious food, and incredibly beautiful hikes to a glacier. Plus, we saw a bald eagle outside the bedroom window within minutes of checking in (and multiple times throughout our stay)! My two children (8 and 12 years old) say the Eagle’s Nest is their favorite place we’ve ever stayed. We hope to return soon!

We absolutely loved our one night stay here. Visiting Alaska for the first time from Virginia, and our luggage got lost. We hadn't paid much attention to the fact that there is a washer/dryer, but it was a God send after a long day of traveling and no clean clothes! The bed, pillows, and sheets were all quite comfortable. We really enjoyed Girdwood Brewing, which is a short walk away, and dinner at Jack Sprats, which was also an easy walk. We were so thankful to have such a lovely place to relax after a stressful travel day, and Girdwood has quickly become a favorite of ours!

So glad we chose to stay here. It was absolutely perfect. Thoughtful touches and everything we could ever need. Perfect location for all of our adventures in Seward. Hot tub was a huge bonus!

What a lovely place to stay when visiting Seward! We visited Alaska for the first time and debated staying closer to the train station versus closer to the aquarium. I am SO glad we chose The Little Yellow House. Beautiful views, so many parks nearby. We saw wild harbor seals and a sea otter right off the coast near Founders Monument. So many great places to eat and shop around! We particularly loved Resurrect Art coffee house, Rowdy Radish, and Sweet Darlings (although everything we ate in Seward was amazing!). The sea life center was a lot of fun as well! Cannot recommend this house enough- beautiful bathroom, cozy sheets, beautiful views, stocked kitchen, cool decorations, and you cannot ask for a better location!

What a beautiful place to stay. The house was lovely, very comfortable and homey. It had everything we needed in a gorgeous setting. We will definitely stay there again. 5 Stars

We had a wonderful time in Seward and really enjoyed our stay at Steven's place. The location could not have been better with beautiful views in the living room and easy walks to restaurants and the harbor. Steven was a very welcoming host - despite our late arrival, he met us, walked us through the unit, and provided helpful instructions. We were impressed by how clean and spacious the unit was - just perfect for our family. One thing to note is that the owners ask not to cook fish inside the unit. It was not an issue for us at all. Thank you, Steven!

This condo was perfect for skiing Alyeska. Walking distance to a few lifts, close to bars & restaurants. Super nice to have some staples available for the kitchen. Lots of coffee and filters, condiments in the fridge, spices for cooking, and foil/bags. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, pool table/ping pong available. Washer and dryers also available. Would stay here again.

This was a perfect getaway to experience Girdwood!

My friends and I (a group of 5) spent a night at Pacific Rental's place and it was amazing. The place looks exactly like the pictures and is very convenient. Totally recommend to folks traveling to Seward. The beds, bathroom/shower were all great and the host was very responsive. The only issue was with the wifi that was a bit weak and had connection issues.

This was my first time staying at Jodi’s but it definitely won’t be our last! Great location near the heart of Girdwood and everything is in pretty minimal walking distance. Jodi was friendly, accommodating and the condo was spotless. HIGHLY recommend her spot!

We enjoyed our stay in Megan's condo. It was very clean, and very quiet which are both huge priorities for us. Well remodeled, located right in the heart of Girdwood, walking distance to the restaurants and shops with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Only note I'd have for future guests is this is on the third floor and there wasn't an elevator (that we could find), which made loading/unloading a little trickier. Otherwise, this is a great place in a great location.
