Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kempton Park

A last minute find that turned out to be exactly what my mom and I needed to be close to the Linksfield hospital. Daniel provided all the relevant information and videos to make it easier to access the home. Thank you !

Words can never explain the level of decency and cleanliness the venue had when we got there. One MUST book to have the same demure experience. Clear and precise communication was the order of the day from the host. We were a group of 12 friends and everyone was really impressed as the venue matched the photos advertised. But I still say, to experience it live, is on another higher level! Thank you Audrey and Noma.

James' house located in a very safe neighborhood, considering this is our first time in South Africa, this is necessary to make us feel good, plus we're travelling with 3 small kids. The house is spacey, have everything we need, comfortable, though a little cold during wintertime as it doesn't have central heating, but for adults it's manageable. Distance is also great if you have a car, which is mandatory for Joburg in my opinion. James is also very friendly and responsive, answers to questions whenever he is available, so this was a great find :)

As advertised, this is indeed an oasis in busy Johannesburg! The directions were very clear, location was easy to find, and check in was easy. The space itself is lovely - spacious, very clean, and extremely well-equipped. Little details like lovely shampoo, conditioner, and soap and the kitchen being pre-stocked with coffee, eggs, butter, milk, and all sorts of spices for cooking made us feel right at home. This is one of the best AirBNBs I've been to from an attention to detail perspective. The garden is also lovely, and the cottage is very private and secure. The location is fantastic - close to everything from Sandton to Parkhurst to Zoo Lake. Liza was proactive and friendly with communication, and has really put the time into making sure that we were safe and comfortable.

It's always an amazing stay at Mpho's, it was a really cold long weekend but the gas heater and the electric blanket were a really nice touch an there was an extra blanket available. So peaceful and the hosts were really helpful whenever we requested assistance with anything. It truly felt like home. Definitely coming back again 😅

This was my first time ever booking an Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Eva was an absolute sweetheart—so kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She even went out of her way to buy a few groceries for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house itself was stunning—spotlessly clean and located in a beautiful area. Everything about our stay was perfect, and having Eva as a host made it even more special. She truly has a heart of gold! From the moment you walk into the apratment, you are greeted with a beautiful fresh floral aroma, that brings a comforting smile to your face as you enter the spotless, well designed loft apartment. Tracy-Lee, is an amazing host as her attention to detail is accurate and well thought out. She is attentive if needed and very good at giving advice on places to go and things to see if needed. The furniture, the colour theme, the spacious environment , and the clean kitchen and bathroom, make this place feel safe, comfortable and welcomed. This place is a hidden gem, and worth every penny. I truly believe that the interior design within the space adds something unique to the experience, as the layout of the the pieces fit neatly and conveniently together, making you feel right at home. Everything about the apartment space suits my needs beautifully and I will definitely be staying again in the future.

Check in was a breeze. Bianca was such a good host, instructions were given and we had no problem checking in at all. Apartment is guarded so it's very safe and secure. Apartment was clean and big! The bathrooms are functional. Nice yard for bbq too. Location is good, 6 mins drive to Sandton mall.

The apartment is situated in a high rise building on the eastern side of the city, and is located quite close to some of the cities best and largest shopping malls. The building and the apartment itself are very modern and stylishly decorated. Lisa and Wesley were excellent hosts and super helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Outstanding! Beautifully appointed accommodation and because my flight came in quite late they arranged something delicious food for me in the fridge, I would consider staying anywhere else on my next visit to Johannesburg

I had a wonderful stay at Tia and Mandy’s place. Both hosts were always very responsive and immediately took action if anything required it (which there was very little need for). The location of this studio apartment is also perfect for someone that needs to be close to amenities like a pharmacy, great restaurants and grocery stores. I had friendly neighbors and the security at the complex is top notch. Please note that the washing machine is not in the unit but within a laundry room in the complex. I wont hesitate to recommend this little gem to anyone needing a weekend away or a short stay with all the comforts of home.

Louise was communicative and helpful. The apartment is well maintained and within walking distance to the Dainfern Mall. Stunning kitchen! Only small incident for me was that the gate to the complex is within the shopping center bounds, so an additional ticket was required to enter - no cost but it took a while before I found the exact entrance from Ways directions. Very tight security which is a welcome in JHB and Louise even provided helpful information should Uber or take-aways be used. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautifully appointed apartment with the the character and charm not on offer by any other properties I viewed in the area. Building is French chateau style. Beautiful interior shutters carried that feel inside. Real fire place with wood and lighters laid on. Generous starter provisions left for the visitor including Nespresso pods.

From the moment we arrived, Louise was available to check us in and explain about the accommodation. She was very responsive to messages, and the studio was well stocked for self catering and for a comfortable stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend Louise’s place for anyone looking to stay in Joburg.
