Greg and Howard are gracious hosts. The amenities here are top notch. They provide a restful retreat. The location is wonderful and we’ll definitely be back.

We stayed 4 days here with extended family in the smaller home on the same property and it was great. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of space for our family of 5 (larger group was 10 total) to spread out. The best part was the beach across the road with good snorkeling (stronger currents so be careful) and lagoon with turtles. Plenty of outdoor gear to borrow- SUP, kayaks, small boogie boards, water shoes and snorkel/fins. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location at what feels like the end of the world. We slept well and enjoyed both the sounds of nature and the beautiful and unique surroundings. While there are plenty of neighbors in the community, everyone seems to keep to themselves. It was extremely quiet and enjoyable. The firepit in the pictures is not operable, which we found out after booking and really the only downfall for an otherwise great stay. A rental vehicle is required to get there and we were grateful to have rented an SUV. Highly recommended as the roads are rock/gravel with some small hills and quite the drive, but the closest town is about 15 minutes and will have anything else you need. Bring drinking water! The pictures do the cabin justice; it is open air but well maintained, comfortable, and worth the stay. Overall very good experience!

Off the beaten path kind of location. Not in a commercial area, so very quiet location. Beautiful views all day! Place has been well kept. Slept to the sounds of waves every night and woke up to sunrises. Janice strives to make you feel right at home. place had games, beach stuff (boogie board, chairs, mats, beach games, cooler). These are the tropics so expect some bugs; no escaping that. Host is very responsive and takes care of anything that may happen.

One of my favorite AirBnB stays ever! It was a magical place, designed so thoughtfully. I felt deeply connected to the beautiful tropical farm and natural garden surroundings, yet had all of the conveniences to be totally comfortable. It was such a pleasure to wake up to a chorus of birdsongs and gentle warm breeze blowing through the loft windows. The garden shower was also amazing. Melissa and Jeff were so friendly, and I felt at home instantly. I cannot recommend this place more for a retreat in nature!

Absolutely wonderful to stay by the ocean and listen to the waves. The deck is a perfect spot for sunrise too. Epic place to relax and renew.

This place was fabulous. Everything I had hoped it would be and more. The cove right at the condo was amazing. We walked out at night and got see the turtles. My favorite place so far. The host was awesome too. Hope we get to come back here someday.

I was there with my boyfriend for the week. The location was great! Within walking distance g distance to great restaurants and the best farmers market I’ve ever been to. The views are absolutely stunning. Watching the sunrise in the morning was so beautiful. We felt right at home. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much Carla and Joe! It was a little slice of heaven there.

We had an unforgettable experience staying at this beautiful cliffside Airbnb near Kehena Black Sand Beach. The house is perched right on the edge of the cliffs, offering absolutely stunning, unobstructed ocean views. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the rocks was surreal. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We specifically chose this place for the views, and it exceeded all expectations. Amber was a fantastic hostess—super responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with jaw-dropping scenery and the soothing sounds of the ocean, this is the place. Highly recommend it—we’ll definitely be back!

Would 100% stay again. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time — really comfortable mattress, and sleeping with the windows and doors open to let the breeze in was incredibly pleasant. There were a few mosquitos, but not bad at all. There is a mosquito net with the bed, which worked beautifully. The stars at night are unreal. Kitchen is outdoors, which works great if you’re used to that kind of setup. Just make sure to wash things right after using them and store food right away. It’s well stocked and all the appliances work. The pool was very clean and nice to hang out in. Easy walk to Kehena Beach. Pro tip: stop for groceries in Pahoa on your way in. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the place!

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb accommodations. This condo is the best. It it's perfect for one or two people it they aren't sharing beds. I love sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. I have been here multiple times and I am very comfortable here. Restaurants, market, and beaches are close and easy to access. I love staying here. Thank you!

Such a beautiful hale and peaceful area to relax with family. We had a total of 8 adults 1 toddler and twins (16) months. We are from the Big Island so this was a staycation for us. We loved the open livingroom area as we were able to set up our 79×79 play alrea for the kids and still had enough room for everyone to hang. Pool and jet master spa were great! We loved the convenience of the pool bathroom and outdoor living space. The master and guest master rooms were spacious and simple which we liked. Bottom rooms also plus! We cooked all of our meals there it was great! We loved how big the area felt. Everyone had a place to go. We especially loved the adjacent beach!!! Did some fishing and took all the kids swimming and exploring. Lots of tide pools. (bring good reef shoes/nonslip/fish poles/head light or flashlights if going at night-FUN! Close to hilo mall and downtown area. Robert and his staff were respectful and helpful! Definitely enjoyed and appreciated them. B back Mahalo

I wish we could've stayed longer! What a wonderful place to relax! Sitting on the patio or in the pool, and listening to the waves on the shoreline, was amazing! Sonja and Alex were so friendly and helpful - it felt like staying with family. They thought of everything to make the accommodations perfect! We will definitely be back!

Great location for sightseeing on this side of the island. Good view of the ocean while sitting on Lanai. Beautiful area with lots of beautiful coastline along the road. Great experience.

We loved our stay at Marlyn's place! This was our favorite place we stayed so far! Very peaceful surroundings, great views of the tree tops and ocean, very clean, comfortable bed, kitchen had everything you needed, and outdoor shower was great! Peaceful star gazing on the lania at night was rewarding. 10mins from Black Sands beach, roughly 20mins to Pāhoa, and 40 mins to Hilo. Not much else to do in the immediate area but thats what we loved! You're with nature and beautiful surroundings/fruit/that's all you need. We will be back here!

We had a party of 6 which included a 6 and 9 year old. The home was clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen you felt right at home. Although no AC it was still comfortable with the fans and we would be out during the day where it was hot the most. The tv was available and the kids enjoyed it. Loves how there was lots of sitting space and layout of the house. Two bathrooms helped so much with the 6 of us. The outside porch was terrific too. Labels on the light switches helped and were thoughtful. A very convenient location. Thankful for airbnbs available like yours !

Beautiful house across the toad from Kehena Beach. The rooms were beautiful and the bathrooms were immaculate. Kitchens were stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils and much more. Loved sitting on the lanai. Beautiful view of the ocean. Walking distance to the drum circle on the lawn. Just a fantastic stay!

Wesley's place is a very peaceful and restful place to stay. We would stay there again.

Incredible place and prime locations. Just walk across the street and you're at the beach. Walk a little to the left and you're at another beach with a huge wading pool. Kids loved snorkeling there. And, although I didn't know at the time of booking, the side and backyard is huge with lush tropical plants. Felt like we were in Costa Rica! As previous guests mentioned, the upstairs is apart from downstairs, with a separate side entrance (they are not connected). But there are no visible neighbors due to all the trees, so I don't know why other reviewers mentioned neighbors being loud. Such is not the case at all; but the beach across the street is public, so it gets crowded during the day. Felt completely safe the whole time.
