Fantastic view over the Reykjavik area. We are close to many beautiful places you would want to visit; like Thingvellir national park, Glymur the highest waterfall in Iceland, Húsafell , Krauma, Giljaböð natural bath places, etc. All photos of the northern lights taken in our garden! Íbúðin er í byggingu sem er verið að byggja samkvæmt viðmiðum Svansins. Það þýðir að efnisval miðast við að það valdi sem minnstum skaða fyrir umhverfi og heilsu fólks. Einnig er reynt að lágmarka kolefnisspor hússins á fermeter. Góðar samgöngur eru á svæðinu en strætó númer 1 stoppar 500 m frá húsnæðinu. Einbýlishúsið sem íbúðin er í, er enn í byggingu. Ekki verður unnið í húsinu þegar gestir eru í íbúðinni.
