Holiday rentals with beach access in Kefalos

Minas collected my sister from the airport as she was alone and nervous travelling for the first time alone. Very responsive and helpful the duration of her stay Great location and not far from the airport which is perfect

Very nice appartment with a great view. The hosts were kind their hospitality was great. They even run a restaurant downstairs, were you can eat the most delicious greek food. We already miss them at the airport.

Clean and modern apartment in centre of town with full kitchen with modern appliances. Lovely friendly staff. Close to many restaurants and bars but quiet all the same. great base for exploring Island of Kos. Nice beaches within a short stroll.

The hosts in this Airbnb were very nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The place is nice and looks like in the photos and it’s very well located if you want to stay in Kalimnos town. We enjoyed that we could walk right out of the Airbnb and have a nice meal. It is also very close to the ferry port.

Louise is a great host. She is very kind and helpful. She gave us great tips. She helped us with the transfer. We could get kid-seat for our daughter. Thank you so much for everything Louise. Hope to see you in our next visit to Kos.

This was by far the most luxurious and modern Airbnb we have experienced. Maria was gracious, friendly, and attentive. The unit was exceptionally clean and well kept. A few maintenance items were noted. The beds were firm but comfy. The private spa was a wonderful bonus. Our family members stayed nearby in hotels but were envious of our choice. Whoever designed it thought of everything. I will dream about our stay for years to come.

Very nice and beautiful accommodation, small but very nice with wonderful and soothing views of the sea, the boats and Kalymnos. Sun on the balcony from morning until about 4:30 pm now in October. Change of towels often. Breakfast with bread, butter, yoghurt, marmalade, cheese, ham, juice and banana was in the fridge every day. Very kind and friendly hosts. We would love to return, both to nice Aphrodite and to little Telendos with its cozy restaurants.

Great host, Apartment is very well maintained, bedroom is quietly located. We didn't need air conditioning, it was cool enough in October. Mano is always available if there are any questions. also Mano's tips, highly recommended. The location is simply unbeatable, less than 5 meters to the beach, not so many people walk by, as it is quite at the end. If we come back to Kos, we'll go there!!!

Great Apartment with ocean view and just steps away from the ocean, restaurants, cafes, bars and nice beaches. The apartment has a great big terrace with an amazing ocean view. Everything was clean and we did not miss anything. We recommend to go to the malibu beach club (just 800 m from the apartment) if you are looking for a small beach. The host was one of the friendliest we met the last years.

We highly recommend Sylvia’s Studios, especially if you have rented a scooter or car. Fantastic view. Super comfortable mattresses (a luxury in Masouri). Great host 😃

My daughter stayed in the apartment with a friend and they were so blessed. They loved the location, the apartment itself the closeness to the sea. Wonderful house, with an incredible large terrace and with a beautiful interior. Two very comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. The private sun deck down by the sea is very beautiful too. We felt really at home at Casa Azul.

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

I had a great stay! Omran and Yaman were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my visit — always available when I needed anything. The villa was spotless, and the view was beautiful. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Highly recommended!

This is the second time our family has stayed at Eleonora’s place. We love the location, which is in the central part of Massouri with easy access to the shops and restaurants but elevated enough from the main street that it is quiet and peaceful. The layout of the home is nice, with plenty of room in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. The beds are firm, which is pretty standard in Kalymnos. The outside veranda is spacious, wonderful to drink your coffee and eat meals. The views of the sea are lovely. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great place in a great location with a great host! The place is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. The location is very central, nearby to anything you'd like in Kos. And Antonis was very responsive: besides providing us with a very helpful local list of recommendations, he always replied within a short amount of time (minutes to a couple of hours), with a friendly and informative reply. Highly recommend!

The apartment is wonderful! Clean and equipped with every comfort. Jenny is available and offers very useful tips for visiting the island. It was like being at home! SUPER recommended!

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept wonderfully there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. What a wonderful apartment and so nicely decorated! The apartment is just outside the city center, so it is in a quiet location, but you are close to the supermarket (3-minute walk), restaurants (1-minute walk) and the beach (2-minute walk). Our host had some basic groceries ready for us, which was very nice because of our late arrival. The apartment has screens everywhere, so no insects in the house. In addition to a washing machine and drying rack, there is also a dishwasher and air conditioning (which can be operated per room). The beds are nice and in the afternoon you can sit in the shade in front of the house. Ioannis is a very good host, who responds quickly and comes to the rescue if necessary. If you go to Kos, choose this apartment!

We stayed at Koralli studios for 2 weeks. It was everything we hoped it could be. Nikki was very helpful with everything from booking us a cab from the airport, to offering to help with the ferry schedule. The studio is simple and had eeverything we needed. It's steps away from one of the main beaches and very close to great rrestaurants. The studio was professionally cleaned 3 days a week. We were so thankful to stay at Nikki's place. She was a great host!

We had a great stay at the beautiful apartment. Our 2 kids enjoyed the space and the beach and everything else we need being so close. The view is definitely amazing and you really hear nothing but the waves. Can only recommend to stay here!
