Beach house holiday rentals in Kea

The minute we arrived we felt at home. The sea views, the balcony, the rooms, the kitchen, the bathrooms- everything was clean, pleasant and inviting. We were 2 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space. The location is perfect- a brisk 20 minute walk from the port town of koressia, minutes from gialiskari on one side and vourkari on the other. We didn’t rent a car and relied mostly on buses, and there is a bus stop literally under the house. When we did take a taxi to a more remote beach we were kindly given the number of a reliable driver. In short- thank you! You made our vacation perfect!

Very good stay. The villa is very well located a few minutes walk from a very beautiful cove. The place is quiet. The view is superb. Kitchen amenities could be improved. Bedding and the bathroom are a little aging but still ok. Other than that, the place is spacious and comfortable to stay in. Air conditioning is welcome. Nikos is attentive.

Our stay in Athanasios' and Maria's haven of peace was the best Airbnb experience we ever had, so much so that it's diffiuclt to sum it up. The terrace has an unbelievable view, nothing that the pictures can actually convey. The house was also extremely clean, comfortable and well organized, with everything you need to enjoy the full greek experience. There are hammocks, a barbecue, multiple chilling spots, even a telescope to admire the wonderful night sky. But most of all, the hosts are incredibly kind and caring. Communication with Athanasios was extremely fluid and we were given the best tips to enjoy the wonderful island of Kea. You'd definitely be lucky to stay here!

I rented this house for my parents who loved their stay. The view is beautiful, the house matches the photos and very clean. Other houses are next door but Victor's house is above so it is not inconvenienced but not completely isolated either. The villages are close by. The hosting was punctual and the communication with Victor was very easy. My parents hope to be back soon!

Beautiful villa with exceptional view of the hills. Comfy, well appointed and lots of outside space. A 4x4 is strongly recommended for getting around. Theodora is brilliant - the perfect host.

We couldn’t have been more lucky then this with the house. Absolutely happy to have found this house here in Air Bnb because it’s above and beyond the beauty words can describe. I Will put some pictures to see the amazing view from the pool that is worth every single € paid for the house. Don’t hesitate. Don’t think it twice. Book this place! There was everything in the house. Towels for the shower and for the beach. All the products necessary for the shower. Hair dryer Washing machine Water dispenser Dish washer Coffee machine (nespresso classic. It will be useful for the grocery;)) The list goes on and on… Thanks to the host because they helped us with all our needs and requests. 5 ***** stare are not enough, i would give more! Absolutely recommend 👍🏻

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

Amazing villa with a fantastic view. Large pool with sea view. The only "flaw" is the dirt road and disconnected from the last 400 meters to reach the villa. But that wouldn't stop me from coming back!

Kiki was great. Very friendly, welcoming. Sunset is amazing, swimming with sea views is a great experience. Lots of beautiful little beaches nearby within a 5-minute drive or even walk! Including a small cove at the bottom of the house where you can swim early in the morning or in the evening before the aperitif! We loved this stay! We recommend the house.

Excellent location high above Koundoros. Clean home and complete amenities. Host was very communicative and informative. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect view and comfort

Today we are ending our 2-week stay with Anais and her husband. We simply loved the welcome we received. The services were beyond our expectations, with impeccable and very appreciable housekeeping service and extremely kind hosts. The house is in a very good location because we can enjoy the sea view day and night. The sunrise is wonderful, it would be a shame not to enjoy it. We were also lucky enough to see the full moon on our first night. Beautiful Sikamia Beach is just a short drive away. The pool is lovely for relaxing. It is essential to have a car. The dirt road is passable, it is not necessary to have a 4x4, but an SUV is still preferable it seems to me. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful area.

A perfect getaway in the beautiful island of Kea. The house and yard/terrace is perfect for couples or young family like us. We took our 4yo and 1yo kids who loved the large terrace area to play and the closeness to the beach. The house is equipped with everything and it was nice to have beach towels and some essentials already in the house like coffee, water, laundry detergent etc. There is a small taverna behind the house that has been closed over the past 2 years but when we were there it seemed like renovations were taking place so maybe next year it will be open! Otherwise you need to drive (windy roads) 20mins to the nearest restaurants. Sarah who met us in Pisses to take us to the house was lovely and gave us some excellent recommendations of places to eat and buy supplies. My advice would be to stock up after you get off the ferry at the bigger supermarkets and grear butcher near the port than the mini mart in Pisses.

The accomodation exceeded our expectations. The stone was the dominant material, the rooms were comfortable with their own bathroom and guaranteed privacy. What we liked the most, however, was the wonderful scenery. Incredible sea view under the shade of the big oak tree. The transition to the house by car was easy and smooth. Only 10-minute distance from the port.

Beautiful house with an amazing pool and view. Very clean and comfortable. You can walk from the house to the beach and port town quite easily, it’s a steep walk back up the hill, however good for exercise. Would highly recommend!

5 of my friends and I stayed on vacation in this house that is very comfortable to accommodate 6 people and located in a great location. Alfredos has always been kind and helpful recommending the best places to visit on the island of Kea. I recommend Alfredos's house to everyone.

Christos was a great host, really helpful and we all felt like home!! The hospitality, the recommendations, the beautiful house and the scenery everything made our trip in Kea a memorable experience! We will definitely come back and recommend this place!!

The house is in a very good location, it is renovated and spacious. The lady who handles it helped us with everything we needed even on Sunday when something happened with the aircodition sent a gentleman to check it out. Even though they didn't make it, we didn't mind because they brought us a fan right away. You're all set.
