Holiday rentals with a pool in Kea

Petros villa exceeded our expectations in every possible way! We felt like home. It’s a true gem ! Mesmerizing 180 degrees sea view from every room, which makes you feel you are traveling in a cruise ship ! It’s like watching a peacefully colorful painting that is changing every moment … The villa has everything we needed and much more ! We enjoyed our time in the spacious pool watching the sunset colors, the swim in the turquoise waters in front of the villa, the barbecue and the dinner parties we planned at the huge terrace and living room! The privacy of the spacious villa, the spotless cleaning and the various facilities are some of its top advantages. We will definitely visit Petros villa again !

My stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful! The place is clean, well-maintained, and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The environment is pleasant and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have been more lucky then this with the house. Absolutely happy to have found this house here in Air Bnb because it’s above and beyond the beauty words can describe. I Will put some pictures to see the amazing view from the pool that is worth every single € paid for the house. Don’t hesitate. Don’t think it twice. Book this place! There was everything in the house. Towels for the shower and for the beach. All the products necessary for the shower. Hair dryer Washing machine Water dispenser Dish washer Coffee machine (nespresso classic. It will be useful for the grocery;)) The list goes on and on… Thanks to the host because they helped us with all our needs and requests. 5 ***** stare are not enough, i would give more! Absolutely recommend 👍🏻

Really nice, everything as described

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

This place is unbelievably beautiful. The view is stunning, the surroundings peaceful, and the house very comfortable. Kea is magical with great food, amazing sites, and pristine beaches. We swam in the pool, walked the goat paths, admired the architecture and just relaxed. You'll probably need a vehicle to get the most from your experience, but it's worth every penny.

Amazing stay at the villa. Already at the first impression I told the host Kiki that the pictures online dont do it justice. The place is spectacular. Views are 10/10, its extremely peaceful. Beaches with 1min of walking and for some reason they are EMPTY so its like you have the whole island to yourself. Theres very well functioning AC in the house, fully equipped kitchen. Theres everything you could need. Pool is cleaned everyday and the hosts that have a house on top are very discreet. Side note: theres a feral cat Lady that lives there so make a bit more dinner to share with her. We really loved it there! Thanks Kiki!

Mikael's place was wonderful, spotless and well equipped. Everything was as described. The kids loved the pool and the big garden. We were very well taken care of and we highly recommend others to stay here while visiting the Thymári area. Thanks again Mikael for having us 😊

It was the perfect location for 2 couples, close to local amenities and great food, and beautiful beaches It was the home from home we needed for a relaxing stay . The apartment is a great size and plenty of space for 4 adults . John made us feel right at home and nothing was too much hassle with quick responses. The kitchen had all the basics we needed along with a few extras , a good size fridge freezer for food and drinks. Use of a washing machine ( google translate helped to use it ) and we had clean towels and bedding with spares . The pool was clean and just outside the apartment and was relatively peaceful location with little noise disruptions. All the doors have bug screens as well as shutters. There was a bathroom/shower room on each floor so we had one per couple , including a comfortable sitting area downstairs. Each floor has its own balcony with seating and there is also an airer to dry clothes . It’s the perfect escape in a beautiful location

Great stay very peaceful, with options for dining, flexible host - as we were staying longer than most guests, Maria organised for us to have a cooked breakfast on top of the continental ingredients provided in the room kitchen at no extra cost. Views from the hotel were stunning. Would just note that the place is somewhat remote, so ability to book a taxi/drive is a must.

Words can’t describe how incredible Maria and Monolis’ house is! A charming, fully-equipped castle perched within the mountains. The infinity pool was beyond amazing, there were lots of places to lounge around to take in the character of the house itself and also the picture perfect landscape. Maria and Monolis were both communicative and helpful throughout our stay, they kindly provided us with a food basket and drinks upon arrival which we were super appreciative of. Overall, our stay was faultless, and I have to say that this is probably the most wonderful Air BnB home I’ve ever stayed at. I would highly recommend!!

With good weather, it's paradise, but even on cloudy days, its charm shines through.

We had a two-week vacation in the apartments provided by Alina and felt like home. The house is not far from the sea, evening walks to the sea were a special pleasure. Shops, taverns in walking distance, parking, chic pool, brand new house, furniture, all necessary appliances, internet ... what else do you need for relaxation?! We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!
