The apartment is very cosy and clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Astana. Nearby there are lots of supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, and the location isn’t far from the centre. The host is very responsive and kind, and the price is very reasonable compared to other places on Airbnb. I recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Astana.

If you are going to rent a house on vacation, I think the landlord is as important as the house you will stay in. Nataly is a wonderful host. I received both quick and explanatory answers to the questions I asked. He is very caring and quick to find solutions to the problems experienced by guests. Let me tell you a little bit about the house. The house was great, as seen in the photos, we had everything we needed, and the house was very clean when we first entered. The location of the house is also good, there is a market, pharmacy, metro station right nearby. If it's within your budget, I recommend renting this house without hesitation. The host and his wife met us when we got there and were so kind to show us everything—even where our kids could play! Everything was very clean and neat, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. We even forgot one thing when we left and they were so gracious to let us back in and always very quick to respond.

The accommodation is at an altitude: both in quality and in fact - an altitude of 1400 meters above sea level, it is 500 meters above the city center, and therefore above the smog and low cloudiness. The place is very cool, everything is thoughtful and made by the host for yourself. 10 out of 10

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

Great place- best AirBnb I've stayed at in a long time. The house is large and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. We like to prepare our own meals and nearby options for eating out were very limited so we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Sergey was very helpful and as present as we wanted him to be- above and beyond as a host, especially for this part of the world! There are 3 ski areas within a short drive and the entrance to the national park is right up the road.

Raikan is one of the best airbnb hosts. She goes above and beyond a host would normally do. She was extremely helpful, she even helped us with our groceries and ordering food, better than our tour guide. It would be to any tourists great advantage to be hosted by her. Mika is a very caring person, we were in Almaty at four o'clock in the morning, and since the room was occupied, she asked us to take a ride to her mother's place to rest first.She also provided us with local tourist spots to make our trip to Almaty very enjoyable!There are big shopping malls near the house, shopping is convenient.All in all, it was a great choice to come to Almaty and left us a good memory.
