We had a lovely stay in a lovely stay. Very easy check-in with lockbox. Clean, spacious, tidy apartment. Very well equipped (towels, washing machine, kitchen with stove, microwave, kettle...). Communication was very easy with a responsive hostess even though we booked at the last minute. Thanks for the flexibility. A coffee maker and black-out curtains in the bedroom would be a plus.

Nice and Cozy place.

Clean flat in residential area. Quite a bit of construction going on in the area, but other than that, quiet, easy walking distance to shops, cafes, and the sea, and felt totally safe. Great value for money, great wifi, and Anzhela was a very helpful and friendly host!

The apartment is really clean, has a great view, and offers plenty of storage. The building is secure, quiet, and convenient, with a small grocery on the ground floor and a metro stop right next door. The host is very friendly. However, the check-in meeting instructions could be clearer, and we encountered a significant issue with the door code and communication on our check-out day. Despite this, it was a good stay overall, and I expect the host will improve these processes.

Cozy and warm apartment, equipped with everything necessary for living. Sleeping places are comfortable, comfortable kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet quiet area, within a walking distance from the botanical garden, Astana Arena, a large Magnum grocery store. Great place really clean and great location

This was my second visit to Kuanysha's apartment, I was satisfied again! Everything was at the highest level - the apartment is clean, cozy, fully equipped. It's very nice that the host did his best again to make me feel at home.

The hostess of the apartment was very helpful. The location of the apartment is very convenient, a gorgeous view from the window to the Caspian Sea. The apartment looked the same as in the photos, there are all the amenities. There is a supermarket on the ground floor, which was also very convenient. Of the disadvantages - the toilet leaks (but the hostess said that she would fix everything) and there were problems with cockroaches. In general, the apartment left a pleasant impression: a great location, communication with the host, comfort and everything as in the photos. Some minor deficiencies were promised to be corrected by the host.

Great apartment! The apartment is perfectly clean, it smells very nice. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The apartment is recently renovated,all new. There is everything you need for any rental period - clean towels,the kitchen has a lot of cooking utensils,washing machine,ironing board,iron, etc. it is very convenient that the host uses auto check-in - you can check in/check out at any time. Separately, I note that the host of the apartment is a very friendly and pleasant person. Always available There were only positive impressions from the stay and communication with the host. Great apartment with a thoughtful interior and amenities! An apartment with new fresh renovation and unusual, stylish design. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available: a comfortable bed, an equipped kitchen, and especially I want to note a super comfortable working area — ideal for those who combine travel with work. There is a beautiful view from the windows. The house has karaoke, a restaurant with European cuisine and a restaurant with ethnic cuisine — all within walking distance. In the yard there is a closed area with a large children's playground and street simulators, a great place for children and for outdoor activities. There is a supermarket nearby, a couple grocery stores, and even a locally sourced designer clothing boutique. The location is convenient, the tourist area of the city is nearby, so you can walk a lot and discover new things. There is even a drain in the floor!
