Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty

Adels house is in very pores area in Kazakhstan, shymbulak mountain is very near only 6 km , some attractions is very near its only 20 min to 30 minutes, house is very big and it’s for 8 people either 4 couple without child , living area is to big rooms r very spacious, only one is - point internat problem if have your local simcard but in this area some nets issue , other is very nice to stay

Праздновали с друзьями Новый Год в доме Данияра с 31 по 2 января Данияр всегда оперативно отвечал в чате, встретил нас и даже помог нашему водителю такси протолкнуть забуксованную машину. В доме было очень приятно находиться, все чисто и уютно, также был телевизор и разные игры для компании. Мне и моим друзьям все очень понравилось, ребята также выделили теплые полы в доме - это то что было нужно нам всем) Данияр подготовил для нас шампуни, гели для душа и наборы зубных щеток с пастой Особенно хочу отметить потрясающий вид на горы, который открывался на 2 этаже Заметила только один минус - нет никаких доставок еды в район. Но мы заранее это проверили и взяли с собой еду на два дня

Отличный домик на двоих с прекрасным видом. Дорога до самого домика узковата и извилистая. Но иначе на холм и не попасть. Соседей нет, только город внизу, небо, воздух и тишина! Вся техника работает отлично. Есть даже мангал на улице. Около лестницы можно запарковать машину. 9.5/10

Хорошо отдохнули и насладились природой, не смотря на плохую погоду. Все прошло по плану, забыли в доме гриль и хозяева дома вернули его позже. Спасибо за возможность приятно провести время.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb, by far the best we've experienced in Kazakhstan. The tiny house is nestled in peaceful vineyards, offering a truly serene escape. The house itself is charming and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Slava, the host, was incredibly kind and flexible, providing us with fantastic recommendations and even accommodating a last-minute pizza request. Be sure to order the delicious breakfast and book the wine & pizza tasting in advance—it’s a must-do! We also loved spending time with his adorable and friendly cats and dogs. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back. Thank you again, Slava, for such a memorable stay!

Très bon séjour dans ce chalet agréable. Proche des pistes en hiver . Parfait pour un séjour avec enfants car il y’a des jeux aussi. Merci pour l’accueil et les présents

Но наш опыт с Ульяной и Леонидом стал по-настоящему особенным и запоминающимся. Они смогли нас удивить своей гостеприимностью, вниманием к деталям и невероятной заботой, превратив наше пребывание в этом доме в один из лучших моментов наших путешествий. Во-первых, сам дом превзошел все наши ожидания — уютный, чистый, полностью оборудованный всем необходимым и даже больше. Каждая деталь в доме продумана, чтобы гости чувствовали себя комфортно и расслабленно. Но самое главное — это люди, которые за ним стоят. Ульяна заслуживает отдельной благодарности.Она была на связи 24/7 и решала абсолютно любые вопросы с такой скоростью и профессионализмом. Она заботилась о нас,как о близких друзьях или даже о своих родственниках. Любая просьба выполнялась быстро и с искренним желанием помочь, а не просто из-за обязанностей. Этот дом- находка для тех, кто ценит качественный отдых

Place was perfect and the host was always ready to help with whatever we needed, which is especially important when traveling in a foreign country. We had a great experience!

This apartment we get was different that one on the pictures, but i guess only because we want to check in before 2 pm. It was a bit dirty(black long hair) but i noticed while i was paying for apartment there was no cleaning fee so it was cheaper than other accommodations. The linen was clean. There was constant noice comming from upper floor ( child was crying 24/7) but there is nothing host can do about this. The internet was working good ( also for work ) and location was convinient. It was ok to stay for few days or weeks but if i live in that building i will probably sell the flat ( no noice isolation ). Overall it was good stay, thanks to the host fast reactions about early check in.

Очень красивое и прекрасное место. На территории 29 домиков и все свежей постройки, внутри хорошая мебель и сделано все со вкусом. Забронировал через airbnb, после оплаты связался с владельцем. Сказал что прайс тут неактуальный и прошлогодний, текущяя цена выше на 30%, но несмотря на это принял оплату и расположил без проблем. Все понравилось, хорошо отдохнули

Квартира очень красивая, чистая и просторная. Хозяйка - отзывчивый человек. Заселение было не проблематичным. Думаю останавливаться здесь постоянно

The cabin is very cozy, makes you feel like you don’t want to leave, the furniture is very well put together and the views are amazing, the host is very friendly and it is clear that he loves the place. Sometimes if it is snowy you might need an offroader to get directly to the cabin, but the friendly host didn’t hesitate to offer us rides with the staff car

We simply have no words how great Valerie was. Absolutely fabulous more than super host. The apartment was so peaceful with good vibes. All sightseeing places at walkable distance. Restaurants malls and supermarket just 5 minutes walk. The crockery and kitchen is fabulous very elegant. Her husband is such a decent gentleman. He came to show us exactly how everything was at the apartment. As there were no guests she let us check in early. Her husband helped us to even get a taxi to the station. I can really write an eassy on how great Valerie and her husband are. Never seen anyone so helpful in our stay so far. Her response to questions is just 5 minutes. Thank you 😊 Valerie and husband for treating your guest's lije family members. Just for you we shall come again and stay in your apartment for sure.

Отличное местоположение и легкое заселение в любое время. В квартире все было чисто и были все необходимые вещи. Рекомендую.

Kateryna's place is actually a large garden with several tiny houses and safari tents. The garden is spacious, with a common kitchen, bbq and chill areas and many places to relax. It even has a greenhouse! In the eveing you can unwind around a cosy fire and watch the stars. The house itself is cute, and has everything you need (including a small kitchenette). Bathroom is in a separate building and is spotless clean. The entire place is beautifully decorated, every small detail shows love and care. Kateryna and the tream will take great care of you! This is a beautiful and comfortable place to relax in nature. Moreover, our dog Stela loved it!) We will definetly come back!

Amazing host. Madina was very friendly and helpful. Worth it.

Adiy was a great host and very responsive. We landed late and didn't get to his place until after 2am. He stayed up and made sure we got in before going to sleep. Place was clean and well maintained.

Absolutely amazing stay. This single night made our entire trip worth it. Amazing place, and an amazing view of the milkyway. Would recommend leaving really early in the day and having ample time in hand to reach the place. Do not follow Google maps timings if you're new to the area, it's a tough task following the track. We couldn't reach before nightfall and lost track a couple of times. Eventually the very helpful host came looking for us in his car and found us a couple of kms from his place and made us follow him home.

Хорошая квартира с отличной локацией. Чисто и уютно, а хост Алексей отвечает мгновенно и всегда на связи по любому поводу. Рекомендую!
