Modern suite with river views

We offer a cosy private suite in a rural location with an ensuite and beautiful views. We live onsite with our dog & children. The suite has a bathroom with a bath, breakfast station with a table, toaster, jug and microwave (no kitchen). There's access to shared lawn however no access to the main house. Local shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive, there is no public transport close by. Downtown Queenstown is a 15 minute drive. We are usually pretty quiet and are often out and about.

This is a truly beautiful home and now our second stay! We love the views, location, the jet boats passing through and all the wildlife the natural environment provides. We prefer to commute to town on the water taxi to avoid the busy traffic. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home.

Cosy Queenstown getaway

What a great find. The accomodation is clean and very comfortable. The views from every window are incredible. I travelled with my adult daughter and the bed was huge (much bigger than it looks in the photos) and the whole space is both roomy and cosy. It’s a little drive out of Queenstown central, but close to walks, ski fields, and Frankton shops. We travelled each day to various places and at the end of each day it was like coming home …. lovely and quiet. Just down the road is the farmhouse cafe with stunning views and great coffee and eats. Simon was helpful from the moment we booked, suggesting a great winery for my birthday lunch and also helping me with some other things I needed help with. Highly recommend this place - with its full kitchen, cosy lounge, comfortable bed, luxe bathroom. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights at Julia’s place and had a great time. Location was good and it was a few minutes drive to the shops. The highlight of the trip was the outdoor fire chiminea. Julia left us some kindling, fire wood and fire lighters to get it going. It was great.
