Had a wonderful stay! The hosts’ were very responsive and helpful. Had a problem when shipping our luggage to the AirBnB but they helped solve to problem. Also, the place was very nice and spacious for 3 people. We each had a room to ourselves and the bath/shower were very nice. The location was wonderful too! Right next to Kita Akabane station with many shops near by (supermarket, conbini, ramen shop, clothes shop, walking bridge, etc.) the roof top was a wonderful plus ☺️ Also, love that the washer had a drying function so we were able to do laundry when needed. Very charming little home. Will definitely stay again in the future!

First of all, thank you so much Kazu for your great place. We instantly felt at home and the place is easy to find. The place is exactly what is described in the post, it is conveniently located at 2 train stations (Jujo Station & Higashi-Jujo) which gave us the accessibility to roam different locations in tokyo without a hassle. The place is just a walk away from a stretch of local shops and restaurants, it is a 2 min walk from the airbnb which is very very convenient if you have seniors travelling with you. The house itself is exactly what it is. We are group of 6 and the place is just right for us. Though there was a very few instance we encountered but everything went well and Kazu did a great job in fixing that instance. All in all, if you are looking for a place to stay during your trip in Tokyo, I would highly recommend Kazu’s place. If we will be travelling back in Tokyo, I will definitely choose his place again for its convenience. Thank you so much!

Kanekos listing was wonderful. Very close to the station. Only a few stops into central Tokyo. It was nice to be away from all the crowds at the end of busy days. worked well for our family. I would definitely recommend this place.

The place is located at a walkable distance from the train station. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby too. The host has been very kind, proactive and responsive in assuring a comfortable stay for us. Thank you!

Quiet neighborhood. Going to or from station is easier if you pass through VivaHome instead of going out to West Exit of the train station. Lots of restaurant near the station. Nearest convenience store is about 350m. Lots of essential supplies in the apartment.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. The space was brilliant very neat tidy and had the vibe we wanted. We were next to the train line so heard it consistently but we didn’t mind this but I think it worth mentioning if you are a light sleeper. Neighbourhood was lovely and friendly.

The area and the place is amazing, during our trip this was our most special apartment, we really felt how it would be like to live in Tokyo.

I had the perfect stay in One Point Five. Everything was super clean and the room was really spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and balcony. The location was also perfect the subway station being very close, I was easily be able to travel all around Tokyo without any trouble. The host is really kind and helpful, he helped me carry my luggage’s to my room, responded to me quickly every time I had a question and ensure my stay is comfortable which made the stay even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Tokyo. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very close to the station which has an above ground and underground that takes you into the center of Tokyo within 30 minutes. A bit cramped with 3 people but very doable if you are out of the house most of the day. Good food spots around the area.

A very comfortable place to stay for what Tokyo is. While it is away from town the tre was 5 blocks away and in 30 minutes we were in shibusha. Very spacious or as in the photos and the host responded to us immediately. As we arrived early she let us in before check-in time thanks and I would stay with you again

The instruction book was a huge help, black out shutters make sleeping super easy. Quiet and peaceful area

Convenient transportation, easy access, and the homestay is very close to the subway station, about 5 minutes on foot.Self check in, free time.The room is very tidy, and the water temperature and the room temperature will be adjusted on the day.A small gift was also delivered on the last day and it was cozy.It's good value ~

Sho's flat is a perfectly located room in a neighbourhood which is fun to explore - tons to do, all within walking distance. The nearby temples/shrines are sublime. Take Sho's excellent food recommendations - all of which turned out to be exceptional; recommended walk to the gym/pool also great. (Within blocks, there is a restaurant-filled quarter - incredible variety.) The walks themselves are scenic, and the location convenient to virtually all of Tokyo. Sho was always kind, helpful and responsive. The room is a great place to crash...do bring earplugs, though, as you are at the mercy of the guests upstairs (who may not walk on tiptoe.) The character of the small room is that of a simple hotel - it is not very personal or apartment-like. The bathroom is comfortable, clean and functions well. Although the check-in process sounded quite elaborate, it ended up being easy. Choose this place for the location and exploring ...and for a good night's sleep, as the room is small and simple.

Beautiful Airbnb near transportation (which was a real plus!) The host was very kind and considerate during our stay. No complaints, everything was perfect, we are very satisfied:)

We had a lovely stay at Shunki’s place! Everything was clean and spacious with easy check in and out instructions. The location was convenient to the train station and we had multiple convenient stores and shops for our every day needs. We were welcomed with a box of treats when we arrived and it was super sweet! Highly recommend :)

Lovely place, super convenient to get to tokyo from the local station. The loft is amazing to sleep in nice and comfortable

I love this place. It’s in a quieter neighbourhood and the room is sizeable especially for the standards in Japan. Only thing is if you don’t like the noise coming from upstairs as the walls are a bit too thin, choose the top floor. But it’s only accessible by stairs. Train station is closed by, convenient.
