I had a very good stay, enjoying various sports in the large artificial lawn garden.

Great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer and the wifi and they were very responsive to help us resolve the issues. Train station was about a 5-7 minute walk from the listing so that was very convenient. Overall, great stay. Would recommend for a group of 6 or less, especially if there are couples to share beds.

Great environment, convenient transportation, very hygienic room, very welcoming host, feels great during your stay, strongly recommend it to everyone, if you go to Japan, you will continue to choose this home, worthy of everyone's choice!

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

We loved our stay! It was a peaceful neighbourhood amongst locals & only a short walk to the train stations & local food on the Ginza strip😍 House is beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was so good for us to cook as we have children. The area is very safe and people are friendly. Host is very helpful & always responds very quickly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home😊

This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood, close to the train station, and to the river. There’s lots of space and our family felt very comfortable here. My wife says she wants to stay here again on our next trip. A very pleasant experience!

Awesome place, stayed here with my wife and 7-month old baby daughter for 16 days. For this amount of time we wanted a larger place and for us the slightly longer commute to the main attractions of Tokyo was worth it. Ryota provided us with a playpen, a high chair and a baby bouncer which were all very useful. The bathroom has a full size tub which made it very easy to give our baby a bath. The upstairs tatami room was where we slept and was very nice with the skylight. There is also a room on the ground floor with a western style bed. There is a washing machine and equipment to hang dry clothes. There also a nearby coin laundry with drying machines. Kita-Akabane JR station is a 10-minute easy walk. Very close by is a large grocery store which we went to often as the kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. Overall a great stay if you are looking for a spacious place in Tokyo. It is a quiet, residential neighbourhood and it really feels like you are staying in a home.

Located in a quiet spot this location offers many eating opportunities as well as an easy train ride to Tokyo. Any questions or concerns were answered appropriately, with no need for further questions. The warm welcome was greatly appreciated. A remarkable and hospitable host. When I come back, I will stay with them again.

It was very clean and we had a comfortable stay.

The space was brilliant very neat tidy and had the vibe we wanted. We were next to the train line so heard it consistently but we didn’t mind this but I think it worth mentioning if you are a light sleeper. Neighbourhood was lovely and friendly.

Pros: - The Host was very responsive to any queries we had, making the overall staying experience very smooth. - Accommodation was exactly like the photos, very modern and clean. - Accommodation is located in a residential neighbourhood, so it is very quiet and peaceful. - There are some food places nearby, especially Familymart which is <100m away. We also ate at a Beef restaurant just across the road which was really good. Cons: - Accommodation is further away from the JR station (Keihin-Tohoku line), about a 10 minute walk, which requires you to cross a train track. This can be slightly inconvenient especially when moving with luggages. - Do not recommend walking alone at night especially for females as we encountered drunkards from izakayas and pubs nearby. Nonetheless, my friends and I enjoyed this experience a lot. 10/10 would book this place again.

Great Airbnb and great neighborhood. It’s a great place to stay to get away from the busy city. I would come back to see the station mall again when it gets fully developed over time.

All the rooms were concept rooms, and the kids had fun in every room!There were also plenty of toys and stuffed animals.At night, I played so much that it was difficult to keep him quiet. When I inquired about the shaved ice maker in advance, they made the ice in advance, and I was able to eat shaved ice as soon as I arrived! In the morning, I enjoyed a stylish breakfast with a hot sandwich maker and a coffee maker! Even though the space wasn't that big, there was so much to enjoy that one night and two days weren't enough. There was a convenience store nearby, so I had no trouble living there.There is also a supermarket within walking distance. They responded immediately to both my advance inquiry and my inquiry on the day, which was very helpful. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you!
