Wonderful place, beautiful location, welcoming host, everything I needed.

We felt very comfortable with Angelika. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and the view of the mountain from the balcony is breathtaking. Baker and shopping facilities are very easy to reach on foot. There are also many activities offered in the village. Angelika is a charming hostess. We will definitely come back, the farewell was very difficult for us.

We had a perfect stay with the best service we could have wished for! We had a warm welcome and the appartement is even better, cleaner and bigger than on the pictures! Stefan is the most lovely host who lived his entire life in Fiss, so he can tell you a lot about the surroundings and he really made sure that we had the best time in every way possible. The appartement is very close to the slopes, restaurants and the bakery is in the same building. Would love to come back sometime!

The apartment was found as described in pictures and text. Very straightforward check-in. We found the apartment clean and tidy. The landlord was very helpful and responded promptly to questions. All in all, a clear recommendation if you come up with the shower in the bedroom 😉

The host was very friendly and also took a lot of time to show and explain everything to us. The apartment is fantastic and decorated with incredible love. We tried to leave a lot of old things untouched and also made sure that modern living comforts were not neglected

The accommodation is modern, very clean and furnished with great attention to detail – we really didn't miss anything. The view from the terrace to the mountains was especially fantastic! Our arrival by motorcycle also worked out without any problems – we were able to park safely and were warmly welcomed. Julia and Mathias always took care of our well-being and were always available for questions or requests. You felt welcome straight away! The location is perfect – quiet, with great views, and an ideal starting point for excursions and activities in the area. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the stay! 5 stars in every respect – absolute recommendation!

We spent wonderful days in Beatrice's AirBNB in June 2025. The accommodation was cozy, clean and perfectly equipped, which made the stay particularly pleasant. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. Beatrice, we'd love to come back :-) We had a wonderful stay in an AirBNB in June 2025. The landlady was extremely friendly and attentive, always helpful and made sure that I lacked nothing. I highly recommend this accommodation, especially because of the warm hospitality and inviting atmosphere.

The apartment is bright, spacious and fresh. Everything needed is present and more. A surprise was the crafts for the children, which our children gratefully used. We were present in spring. The location of the apartment is perfect, as experienced athletes, the climbing, running and sports opportunities are within easy reach. There are also many playgrounds for the children nearby. Even within walking distance of the apartment is a nice playground where our children enjoyed themselves at a great time. The kitchen is full of conveniences, clean and easy to use. In short, we had a very nice stay and would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable at Melanie's place and had everything we needed. Above all, the location is good, as you can quickly walk to the city center and also take hikes from the property. The house is right on the street, but you can't hear the cars when the windows are closed. The farm shop recommended by Melanie is outstanding and made our stay even better.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. The hostess, Ursula, was fantastic, friendly and always with a smile. She warmly welcomed us with chocolate, home made bread. Only a short walk to the Aqua Dome and 15 minutes to the Ski resort, our stay was perfect

It was the best stay we have ever had. We were greeted by Tobias, give us a short tour of the house. The house was clean and well organised. Our stay also included with free bus ride. Need to give a shout out to Tob who even gave us a lift to the train station when we checked out. Highly recommended place whoever exploring the nearby attractions.

The service was truly exceptional - we have rarely been received with such friendliness, helpfulness and attentiveness. Everything went smoothly, and you can tell that they put their heart and soul into their work. We would love to come back – a very clear recommendation!

Dream house and absolutely stunning location! Would happily stay again

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

The apartment is great and the region in which it is located is beautiful! Thomas was very nice, he left us breakfast for the next day and recommended many places, very attentive! 100% recommended!

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

Excellent private place in the mountains for anyone who wants to get lost in the wilderness but with some moderns amenities like Sauna and Jacuzzis. Get your own food and drinks because the restaurants are approx 20 - 30 mins away and so are the supermarkets.
