Cozy cottage in a quiet and beautiful place that invites you to relax in the countryside. How cozy is it to boil your tea and coffee on the wood stove and to be able to pick off the garden's herbs for dinner? There is opportunity for wonderful forest walks among paths and forest roads. If you are quiet, you almost always meet animals in the woods and they are often seen near the cottage. If you want to meet domestic animals, there are 2 social cats, dogs and some horses nearby who are happy to say hello.

The cottage is thoughtfully furnished with warm atmosphere. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and amazing lake view. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities for lovely meals. The cottage has its own private bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Stroll around the lake or rent a boat. The cabin is great for exploring sights. Visit the shopping place Ullared or Ästad winery for wine tastings and beautiful surroundings. Falkenberg's stunning beach offers sun and sand. Welcome!

Clear in the center with lake view

City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, but only if you love each other – the foldout-futon has been converted to a flat-bed with top mattress due to guests getting back-aches. 140 cm wide. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.
