What a wonderful location, the property is very well decorated, with lot of attention to detail in picking the smallest of furnishings. The place is immaculate, clean, spacious and very warm and inviting. The caretakers on property are very professional, attentive and caring. Overall such a fantastic experience of this plce, a little further away from the action but in the midst of nature. Deepika was always attentive, prompt in responding and very accommodating. The day we landed, there was a strike in the Ooty area and we were stuck without access to restaurants/food. She arranged us a hearty lunch by working with her staff on property to make it happen, and saved the day for us. Highly recommend the place.

My wife and I had the best time here – the stay was peaceful, unique, and truly refreshing. The food at Hobbit Garden Restaurant was super delicious – every meal was a treat! A special mention to Vinod, who took great care of us. He was extremely helpful, guided us throughout our Ooty trip, and even helped us plan our itinerary. Located in the heart of the tea estate, I loved the peaceful walks and runs I could take in the neighborhood. The host provided excellent food, and the charming town of Kotagiri is just a short ten-minute drive away, offering even more culinary options. The road connectivity was excellent, and the overall stay was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again in the future.
