It was a very beautiful and lovely home, partly because it had just opened.The design of the house, the furniture, and the appliances, all of them were well thought out, and it was easy to use.There was a table by the pool, and it was great to be able to eat together.Also, the host's response was quick and kind, which was helpful.Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, but they were flexible.This stay was a wonderful experience.Thank you very much.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

My family and I loved staying here! Firstly we love the location, The house was 8-10 minutes walk from the train station and there were so many local eateries nearby and marts to explore. It’s a direct line from airport and so easy to go to other parts of Tokyo. The house itself was very comfortable and comes with complete amenities. It was clean, spotless, tidy and smells great. Check in was straight forward and host is very responsive via chat. Highly recommended!

As in other reviews, it's perfect for resting after a day trip. I especially remember the bathroom even after coming back. The airport is close and it's good to go out. However, it is a little distance from the station, but this part is also a walking distance while walking around the neighborhood, so I am satisfied enough. Also, the host's feedback was quick. Overall, it was a satisfying stay. ^^

We love the place especially the fully equipped kitchen, huge beds with soft linen (and lots of extra blankets) and the tatami room. It was cold (and rainy) during our visit but we had no issues as Satoki's house have several heaters. There was even a heater outside the shower door which is really good esp in winter. The place is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of food options within walking distance. It's also very close to Shibamata - home to Shibamata Taishakuten Shrine and the Taishakuten-Sando (old street with shops and food stalls... it's sooo nice!) The train station is also just 5 minutes away which is very convenient. It also has direct access to Narita Airport. Given the chance, I would choose to stay at Satoki-san's home again.

Wonderful hosts with excellent support, very responsive to our questions and proactive communications. Blue Inn is spacious, clean, and very peaceful. We enjoyed feeling like Aoto locals walking to and from the train station which is very close by. The local restaurants also provided warm and friendly service and excellent meals.

We had an amazing stay at this private house in the heart of Tokyo! The location couldn't be better—right in the city center and just a short walk to train station, making it super easy to get around. Many major sightseeing spots like Skytree, Asakusa, Shinjuku were close by, which made exploring the city a breeze. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully functional kitchen and all the necessary amenities. There are many restaurants around it and a convenient store is just a few meters away. We especially appreciated the free bicycles provided—they were perfect for getting around the neighborhood. There’s also convenient paid parking nearby for those traveling by car. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and the host was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience Tokyo comfortably and conveniently!

It was very close to the station and easy to understand. The inside was also very beautiful, and there were many rooms, so it was very good. At night, there were people calling in front of the station, and the back street was a love hotel district, so I was a little worried about security. Otherwise, I was very satisfied!

Staying at Yumiko’s place was an absolute delight! She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. A very comfortable and wonderful stay, the house is about 5 minutes walk from the subway station, you can go directly to popular places such as Shinjuku, Tokyo, Akihabara, etc., and there are also many pharmacies and restaurants nearby.The room is large, with three separate bathrooms.Other comments say that there is a smell when you enter the door, and there is indeed a smell of wood, but we think it is very similar to cucumber-flavored chips, and we like it very much.One small disadvantage is that if someone stays on the second floor, the soundproofing is not very good because they don't wear slippers.Overall, it's worth five stars

Great Airbnb, very clean, right by a train station.

Mr. Ryuji's home is cozy and comfortable, and it fits my aesthetic. Communication before check-in was proactive and comprehensive, the instructions for check-in were very detailed, and the news was replied to very promptly. The home is fully equipped.Close to the subway, there are many restaurants and supermarkets around the house. Our family stayed in this house for almost a week, and our trip to Tokyo was made happier by this house. Thank you, Mr. Ryuji.

Yoshiyuki's house was a great place to stay! I was really pleased with their responsiveness during my trip and helping me out whenever and wherever they could. The house itself was nice and cozy, and everything down to the amenities was well stocked I would definitely look to book this place again if possible the next time I come back to Japan! Always great being so close to a Train station as well!

it was cute and lovely place to stay, with plenty of towels and places to relax. was extremely close to a supermarket which was great. The host was very quick to respond and thank you for the lovely stay.

amazing home base for the family

This is my second stay in Katsushika near Yotsugi station. This is a super convenient neighborhood, close to Tokyo and essentially equidistant to both Haneda and Narita airports, and the train lines. Yurie and her co-hosts are super easy and pleasant to work with! The house is very accommodating for guests and basically dedicates space on the 2nd and 3rd floor for sleeping and 1st floor as a communal area for dining. The 1st floor also has a single combined washer/dryer (heat pump) unit, so you can do both cycles in one load without having to remove clothes - super convenient. My family and I had a great time at the "Oneness House" and it was comfy. The air conditioning worked well, just be sure to close doors to the stairwell! Oh, and of course, Family Mart / Yotsugi Station is a 1 minute walk; the Family Mart ringtone will remain stuck in your head :)

We stayed as a family for several nights.Partly because it was newly built, everywhere was very clean and I had a pleasant time.Each room had a slightly different atmosphere, and the interior was stylish and relaxing. I was grateful for the baby chair, crib, and toys for my child.I was able to reduce my luggage, and my children were able to play without getting bored, which was a great help to me as a parent.There were also a range of appliances such as a kitchen and washing machine, and I was able to do a little housework smoothly during my stay. It was also nice to have enough space for the whole family to relax.Personally, I was happy that I was able to eat in the living room and put him to bed early at night, without disrupting the rhythm of my life. It was within walking distance of the station, and there were many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so I had no trouble shopping and eating during my stay.It was easy to access Asakusa and the Skytree, and the balance between sightseeing and daily life was just right. Communication with the host was very smooth, and they responded politely to this question, giving me a sense of security.This is a highly recommended inn for families.If I have the opportunity to come to Tokyo again, I would definitely like to use it again.
