From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern elegance and spacious layout. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in the heart of the city.

Naveen is an incredible host, considerate and caring. When there is something broken(e.g. rice cooker and water kettle), he provided us a new one immediately. The place is very clean and fully equipped. The location is very nice and convenient too, it’s near mart and restaurant. Would love to come here again if I visit Kathmandu!

The apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms and a good kitchen with everything for cooking. Taxi is easy to the city center and scenery spots. Highly recommended!

It’s a fabulous little flat with everything you need in the VIP area of the city. The family who owns the place takes lots of love and pride in making their guest feel comfortable. For a longer stay I found it just right.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and beautiful accommodation. The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything. The place itself was warm and inviting, with lovely details that made it feel like home. Rashil and Kiwako were outstanding hosts. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Their hospitality really made a difference and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Amrit is the main reason for the high ratings he receives from his guests including us. . He picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off. One particular flight had been delayed late into the evening yet Amrit insisted on picking us up. These gestures make all the difference. He was always responsive to our needs...goes the extra mile. The apartment was perfect for our needs in terms of facilities and location. The complex has a functional gym and a swimming pool which is not heated. Would be very happy to stay again and indeed we are hoping to return with family in the not too distant future..

This peaceful gem 💎 was exactly what my friend and I needed to recover from travel fatigue and prep for the mountains. Pooja went above and beyond for us, from local recommendations, getting us dental floss after hearing us inquire about it in passing, or the delicate and calming smells from the soaps, linens, living rooms, etc. I can tell that she and her husband take great care of their guests, these little touches made a huge and much appreciated difference to us. So needless to say, we loved our stay, highly recommend, and look forward to our next visit!

This house guarantees excellent service and quality for the price. Communication with the host is very quick, and a grocery mart is also located a 5-minute walk away.

Sumi’s place was very tidy, clean , highly decorated and has a personalized 5 star hotel vibe to her place . Well equipped with full kitchen , laundry and the gym place, swimming pool makes her place a rare find in Kathmandu. The check in was very convenient as the keys were in the reception, the location itself is great. A 10 minute walk to popular touristy places like Thamel, Lazimpat and Baluwatar. Even the airport was about 15 minutes away from her place. In additional to this , sumi is very responsive and helped me by communicating with the locals for me too . I enjoyed her place and I highly recommended 👍
